St Johns Bush

St Johns Bush is located on New Zealand's North Island, in St Johns,
a suburb close to Auckland's CBD.
Its a easy walk with the track only about 1.5km return.
The reserve can be accessed from St Johns Rd, Gowing Dr or Worcester Rd.
There is parking at Gowing Rd but have space for only about 2 vehicles,
Worcester Rd. has more off-street parking available.
St Johns Bush is yet another true hidden gem in central Auckland.
The bush reserve is an important ecological sanctuary, with mature and
regenerating groves of native trees. More than 160 different species of
plants have been identified in this reserve.
The track takes you past a small stream and large native trees, including
a large Kauri tree. Also have some steps to get the heart rate up.
