Would have liked some more footage of lake Macquarie, I grew up there at wangi.or how used to be called wangi wangi, which I believe is the aboriginal name for water water as it is a pinichiler, great cometary mate and great viewing, cheers mate.

Vern. I rode with Alex and you earlier this year on a green CB500X made a bit ADV type - little old bloke.
I have now logged about 12,000 km on Motoz Rallz rears and Rallz or Dual Venture fronts - on a DR650 and now the Honda. Made it to the Cape and back.
I think you might agree given the wet roads you had that these tyres are the ants pants. They are great off road, both wet or dry, as would be expected with such a Bobbie tyre, but their abilities on road amazed me - really fast in the dry and very trustworthy on wet tar. I noticed you didn’t even seem to think about the road conditions by the end - you seemed to know you were on safe boots.
I love them for dual purpose use.
    Great videos
    Cheers
    Mike C

That's my kids school you pulled up next to fix your gloves. LCPS. And yep that's North Brother lookout, I just rode up there today too.

It’s a nice little ride up that hill and a great lookout.

I flew up to Brisbane last October, bought a Victory and rode it along the freeway back to Central West NSW.
Stopped Yamba the 1st night. Newy the 2nd. Gotta say the 500km of day 2 was too much, especially with a light backpack. The beach was beautiful therapy for a tired body. Newy home was a ball along the Great Western.
Enjoyed this trip up and back. Look fwd to your next.

@@MotoRidesAustralia can't tell you how special it was. And magic of Brisbane rivers/bridges on a brand new bike that was an absolute dream to ride.

I thought you might go past point Plomer from Crescent. 🤔
Interesting that you said, no more than 400 k's a day, and a rest day after 5. Good tips for an intermediate rider like me. 😊
    Good video. Thanks for sharing.

I did think about that but I had heard it was a pretty sanding track and I didn't think I would have enough time for it. But it looks interesting.

      Yes, it's very sandy. 😊@@MotoRidesAustralia

@@MotoRidesAustralia is worth doing in a car. It's not sandy for long. There's a nice campground at Plomer with cabins.😊

Nice video. I usually do a maximum of 400 to 450kms in a day. With a rest day after 5 or 6 days. Have you ever done the road from Booral (on The Bucketts Way) to Bulahdelah? A good option if you want to avoid the freeway. Just watch some of the corners, some don't have speed indication signs.

The descriptive terms left bank and right bank refer to the perspective of an observer looking downstream.

Ahh. That's interesting when you consider that marine references are usually upstream. I guess it depends on whether you are on land or water; the perspective changes.

@@MotoRidesAustralia Yeah it threw me as well. But when I thought about the left Bank hotel in Perth (Fremantle), it checks out.
