I just put these on my 2020 570 also. High beam was ok, took off both rubbers and unscrewed adjustment knob removed lamp. Low beams different story, you got lucky. I had to remove adjustment screw then pry outside of housing out to have enough room to fit them in, no biggy. But the locking tabs on the leads are "weak", they don't have a solid lock to them so I had to slightly over twist them on. So instead of the led sitting vertically like the high beam, they both now are at a 45 degree angle. I'll zip tie the extra wire up, if they fall out the lack of clearance will keep them in. Plus you loose alot of headlight adjustment to lower the beams unless they're turned just right. But yes they are bright.
Yes they surely are bright. It was a tight fit but doable. Luckily the adjustment on the lights works for me as is. Have you seen the new full headlights AK is selling now? They look really interesting.
I bought the 6k ones for my 2023 sportsman 570 and did not line up correctly. Instead of shining to the sides of the lenses, it shines up and down. The lenses are made to reflect the light thru the sides.
Nice video. Quick question. I have stage 3kit. Can I ask where the light bar connects to. Kind of confused on that and one more when I disconnect the lights. I’m guessing I connect the yellow to the lights and the wire I disconnect to the other wire on the harness. Thanks for any help

I have a 2023 touring 570 i cant get mine to lock in place the the stock ones did i do something wrong my highbeam was so tight In there the fins of the bulb was right againt the bracket that sets behind near the steering
I’d reach out direct to ak-offroad and see what they say. Mine is a 2019 so I have the older shape. Not sure how different the area behind the lights are that the fins are hitting.
The only problem with these led is the one on the top headlight it is lock because of the piece of metal so when the headlight is shacking(up and down) the big part before the light itself don't follow the move of the light(led) which break it between that I love them. AKOFFROAD should do something for it cuz it's a great company that believes in.
Just FYI this headlight kit is not the best. I’m speaking in terms of a 2021 570. Not sure about the older years, but to get these in I basically had to rip up the threads in the headlight housing. Lights are bright I’ll give them that, but if you have a newer quad I’d be careful buying this. I’ll probably have to replace my whole housing once these burn out.
Mine is a 2019. I know the 2021 had a different front end but not sure what the actual differences are and how it affects the installation of these bulbs. Adrian is also very active on the facebook polaris sportsman pages. You can try reaching him there also. I know he has also responded on youtube to some posts. Hopefully you get in contact with him soon.
Dude i thought it was just me i was trying to explain this to the owner no offense and his comment was im the only one who has issues he deff dont have it figured out for the 2023 my headlight tabs are now all ruined on my brand new quad and my high beam there was no room at all the fins were hitting the back of the bracket the bulb wasn’t even flush that really tore up the tabs inside the headlight threw them in the trash no offense idk if its because i have the touring but there shot now
I didn't think they they were too bad. A little bit of a tight fit to get much brighter bulbs. The other LEDs were real easy to install but not even close to the same brightness.

I think I am following what you are saying about the top light. I'll watch it and let everyone know how it works out for me. so far so good!
