- In this Krabi or Phuket travel guide we explore which destination is best for you. Overall I would say do both. These are two of the top destinations in Southern Thailand. Krabi has much less party and nightlife but more adventure travel activities. Phuket has much more infrastructure and nightlife but less adventure travel. I would say Phuket has better nightlife and beaches. But Krabi has better outdoor activies.

Hi, this was super helpful! I have about 9 days or so in Southern Thailand in November for my honeymoon before I fly out of Phuket. Should I spend all 9 days in Krabi? Or is it worth doing a few nights in Phuket as well before I fly out? Appreciate any input!
Personally think Krabi is better than Phuket but it does depend on what you want for your holiday
What's the average weather like in Patong in June? And what's the cheapest way getting (Grab, Taxi, Tuk Tuk, etc.) around Phuket without drivng?

@@brianmyers9989 Yeah, heaps in Ao Nang town centre area, can't go wrong in that location to be honest. Lots of other videos on youtube will show you what its like around that spot.

Where would you go if you were a solo 40 year old male who has never been to Thailand with 11 days?
I would go to Bangkok for 3 days then Phuket or Ko Samui.
The biggest challenge you will have will be the Jet Lag. So if you can start changing your sleep schedule to being a night owl before you go that will help a lot. Because the time difference its basically opposite there. When its day time here its night time there and vice versa.
