My favourite pre-workout currently. 1.8scoops seem best for me. Yes, slight nausea, but great workouts. I can't explain the effects though. Could there be something beyond the label? I tried over 20 pre's in the last few years and none of them have this type of feeling. My post from another channel: "The sicklish feeling seems to be inevitable, but the workout itself makes it worth it. You just have to find the sweet spot where it's bearable. It gives me a lot of extra strength and endurance. CNS recovers much faster between the sets. The recovery of the normal breathing becomes a factor for the rest periods."
