Gave this a go last week, tried the recommend doses 2 first thing and 2 mid day, never got much from it, So done all 4 next day first thing still never got much from it. Overall out of 10 I’d give it a 4/10

A general comment, true bodybuilders don't give a crap about "taste". We eat dry tasteless chicken and rice 24/7, I really don't care what the blue raspberry tastes like. I want to know 1) What sketchy / "innovative" ingredients added should I know about, 2) Will I be able to digest it properly without shitting myself during a lift, 3) Will I get kidney stones, 4) Sugars/Sweeteners/Dodgy things that make my face like like I'm in puberty.
