Replace switch In 40 min. instructions were great. only had 2 screws left over! Not about to take door apart again to see where they went. switch works great. sure it will break again, but I know how to fix now. thanks

Nice video, however I replaced my switch without removing the door panel. Just need the correct plastic pry tools and 15 minutes.

So I did exactly what you did and for some reason my dome light above the center console doesn’t turn on when opening the door? The light works when manually pressing the button but when opening the door no light in the cabin or the trunk?? Help??

Sounds like a bad switch or you left the door contact unplugged
