Opportunity this is what will be repaired and what you are going to do to fix it! Give benefits into the repair! What you're looking for is a CRM that has an autoresponder feature or supports 3rd party email autoresponder services like mailchimp or get response.

You need a profit share contract. Don’t be afraid to go to another roofing company where they do a good profit split with you
You should get minimum 10% per deal. And you should be aiming for 30k-60k roofs (not to say discriminate against the smaller ones)
I'd think y I ud get the lead payment and also a share in the roof after it's built. Like $100-300.00 for a contract and 5% or square payment scale.

All my roofs are over $30k. Unless they’re tiny.
