It would yes, but I already have an offroad Land Cruiser 100 (which I will present on the channel soon so stay tuned), so it wouldn't really make sense to make this one offroad too. Plus, it's too nice of a car (when restored😂) to get scratched up in offroad in my opinion.
That's awesome! Can't believe the state that the car is in now... what a shame, but you can restore it for sure, with A LOT of work. As for the problems, sounds like you have a body control module issue, as well as maybe a transfer case module issue? I saw the 4Lo and the center diff lock lights flash. As for the mold, be very careful! You can get sick from it. I suggest pulling the carpet because mold can hide pretty deep. All seats, all plastic trim, all carpet, all insulation out and washed, and replaced if needed. Can't wait to see the next episode on this project!
Thank you for your tips. I need to get a diagnostic tool to properly diagnose it, but I do believe some of the important modules are affected as there's too many issues for everything to be independent. I plan on cleaning the interior before I start to work on it as it's difficult to work on it in the current state. So that should be a video coming soon
@@AlecOprea Hi, nice car, i just want to emphasize the point of mold. Mold is dangerous to your health. It has spores which get into your lungs quietly and they settle there long term, and the slow irritation that results has potential to cause various diseases. Clean that thing out 100% thoroughly.
Thank you! I am still debating if it's worth the extra cost. As the front end of the car is not currently expensive to repair (hood polish or respray, front bumper respray, both headlights)
So I'm still debating but leaning towards aftermarket led tail-lights as they're a bit cheaper and look better. Rear bumper is findable, rear lower hatch isn't but I really think it can be pulled out and maybe a some filler to finish it out. That leaves me with the windshield and headlights which are reasonably priced from my research. Other than that, the other exterior panels are either polish or respray jobs. I'm excited to clean the interior too, that will most likely be the next video as I can't work in that mess haha
toyotas never betray 💪 reliable as hell
Indeed! It's a shame the situation this car ended in. Hopefully we will see it be brought back to life looking its best in the future videos.
@@AlecOprea yeah, really excited for it
Great video! Can’t wait to see the steps of getting it cleaned!
Although it will be a disgusting job, I'm excited to get it done too
Cool car!
I think it would be good to make an off-road project.

Thank you for your comment. I will be careful
Honestly i think you should keep it stock. Don't give it a facelift coz it looks good as is(after repairs)
I'm starting to lean towards this idea too... Maybe some upgraded led tail lights and other china special bits here and there haha. But mostly stock
You have a very cool project, I think you should put it the 2013 facelift and no more.

Awesome project, body parts may be expensive so maybe look for aftermarket lights? Can’t wait to see the interior cleaned!

@@AlecOprea absolutely think you should go aftermarket for the lights. Curious to know how you came across a 200 in this state
buy 2022 kit it will make it b better
Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Kit you mean? Or Facelift 200 kit?
buen video
Gracias!
fuck i hope it was a bargain.
The investment will be worth it:) Low mileage for a land cruiser, it definitely still has a lot to prove.
