Hello, I have a 2005 Toyota corolla that has an issue with the high beams coming on automatically without me engaging them. Do you have any idea what it could be?
Thanks for your videos. Great for us Toyota owners. I have a Camry 1992 and the left headlight does not work properly. When I turn to full beam mode the left half beam light is very weak compared to the one on the right side. Checked bulb and fuses and they were ok. Any ideas? And where can I find the earth connection for the left headlight?.
Very good video. It could save people a bundle. In my case it's the headlights intermittently turning off. Problem first surfaced when I flashed with my high-beams once and the low-beams took ages to come back. Will give it a try .... maybe even just try cleaning the contacts in case it's not in the relay...
dashmy van toyota corolla 1991 model the high beam is not working relays are ok bulbs to are ok , my question is that is there any relay some where under the dash board?
I have the same issue. My regular lights work but when I turn on the high beams they don’t turn on. They just turn off. The relays seem to be ok. Did you ever figure it out?
Hello Peter, I have a Toyota Corolla 2002 (e120) model. When I turn my indicator stalk from off to on. My headlights turn off except for 2 small lights and when I turn it again to high beams they turn back on. Could this be related to the relay or the indicator stalk?
the alternator and battery are new and ground has been cleaned and lubed. The relay still clicks continually. . . on the bench the relay doesn't cont. click with tester. This means ???
Hì Peter, I have a 1992 Toyota Corolla, and all the lights are working except for my park lights. I've checked the fuse, and it's okay. What could be the issue?
Hello Peter. I have a 1994 Toyota Corolla like this in video. When i try to switch the high beams, the lights just turn off. I don't know what the problem may be. The realay or the headlight switch?? The blue light on the dashboards turn on when i push the headlight switch... Can you help me??
Hi Peter, how do I upgrade my 92' Toyota Corolla original OEM 60/55W globes to 100W Globes ? I already bought the new 100W H4 Globes and I have another relay but now I discover that Toyota Corolla have relays for OEM globes. Will the relay and the stock wiring handle the extra current of the 100W globes? I would think not. I need to replace the standard wire with 12AWG gauge wire and relay for one that is capable of taking the extra current. Looking at the back of the H4 connector its (ground) on the Left, and low beam (+) on the right and centre is high beam(+). I need wiring schematic to know where everything going and what is positive and what is negative etc.
Hello Peter, I replaced the low beam headlight socket on the right side, but the new connector didn't work. The old connector was burnt out on the negative polarity. Can the headlight relay work for the high beam lights and only one low beam, but faulty for the other low beam connection?

I have a problem with my Toyota Yaris, when I switch on the headlights from the dash, the left headlamp is bright and the right headlight is DIM, When I then switch to bright from the dash they switch over, the left headlamp comes Dim, and the right comes bright. what might be the problem?
