it means that he fell in love, but the person he loves isn't who he thought they were, so he continues living in a fantasy where they're what he wanted, because if he comes back to reality he'd be heartbroken I think that's what the lyrics mean
I don't know, at first I thought he said "why having sex? " when he say "what happen next" (I'm French so I don't understand everything when he sing) so I was thinking that he was talking about boy who are dirty minded (?) but now I think he talk about a girl (or a boy 😏) he like
I went on to look it up and people are saying in certain areas the phrase is used to describe somebody who is acting immature. Like maybe somebody did something foolish and they would say that back to say they're acting like young boys. I think if that was why it's titled that he could be echoing that these thoughts of his are those of a young boy. Now I don't know if he would be saying this whole song and thoughts are foolish or if only the thoughts where he's saying he'll believe in the mirage are immature, but if I were to guess it would be the latter.
It sounds like a reflection on young love that was euphoric but was experienced before he really knew himself. Now he's pursuing himself more and realizing the relationship wasn't all there was to the world and his life. He goes back and says he's almost willing to pretend that that old world is the whole world, but he knows he can't believe in it forever and it will just exhaust him so he must let go. It's really interesting because the song is definitely more of a reflection type of song but he goes into these moments that feel dreamy and sings in the present tense, but then always switches back to a more realistic view, especially shown in the lines "we can play make-believe/ but you'll never make me believe". There are definitely strong, very strong feelings of adoration and love, but the relationship just must not have matched his life journey going forward. He says he'll always think of this person, but the relationship is in the past. (I wrote like 28 different paragraphs trying to explain my interpretation of this song but I kept wanting to add more and more and so now I'm just stopping myself here, this is not all I could say about this song, but for right this moment this is it haha. Jiwoo is such a poet honestly, I love the beauty in his lyrics.)

Does anyone know why the title is "Comme des garçons" (like boys)?

Comme des garçons is a french-japanese shoe brand. But i dunno maybe in the context of this song it could have a different meaning.
