- I took apart the NuWave Brio 10qt Air Fryer to see how the inside looks. You can be the judge on the quality of the appliance.
I didn't want to take apart the electrical components so couldn't get too far with it.

I was wondering if u knew where there was a possible schematic of this. I took apart fans and inner top half. Not 100 sure if I can out back together correctly. U stopped right where I needed to see. Lol thanks
doh sorry about that. I knew if I went in further I too may not be able to get it back together right. I've not seen much information on the majority of Air Fryer's out there. I think they don't intend for someone to do repairs on them.
hi, I took mine apart to clean and the cant remember how the rubber band piece if it goes under/over or in between glass & plastic black frame piece that has 8 screws can anyone help?? I think its the rubber that seals the airfryer shut
How can I un-jam the door. My door stuck open
I got one of these as a gift (used)... I like it a lot... but, it didn't come with the accessories... would someone know if I can find them somewhere? Specially the Rotissery... Or, if someone has a broken one, and doesn't use it anymore... I could pay for shipping...

Hey Gary. I have the same air fryer but my problem is the pin that lets you close and open the top is stuck and now it won’t close. Any suggestions?

My nuwave brio quit working while cooking tater tots. Nothing happens when I plug it in. I’ve tried different receptacles but no luck. It’s like the machine is dead
Mine just died 5 mins ago. Lasted less than a year!
Are there any fuses???
There is something there that says FUSE but it is not a quickly replacable blow type fuse. Its a tall ceramic package, Rectangle soldered to the Circuit Board.

Might be a self resetting fuse? Its fairly big for a Fuse.
But my Blown D1 also counted as a FUSE. Looks like the FUSE comes after the D1 in the power supply circuitry.
Great video, if it was broke, but does not show how to remove the lid to reattach the "lid close pull knob"
Have you had an issue the display shows number 5?
I haven't had any issues so far. The only light problem is the non stick coating of the pan wears off quickly so be very gentle when washing it.
I use it only on a daily basis but haven't made a video in a while.

How do you fix the hinge and the pull lever lock?
I need to know how to fix mine as well! It’s stuck in lock mode! Need to find out how to release! Please help Gary!
I didn't take apart the hinge since it looks like it might have some quality issues. It "feels" like it's just a spring with plastic teeth inside to lock it in place.
If it's locked up my guess is that the the lever inside the hinge may have popped of the spring somehow but the only way to know is to take it apart. It's just a guess. Sorry I can't be of much help here.

@@laurenthomas3122 I finally found it. To release it, take the two (side) black covers of the hinge off (two screws). Then remove the screw that was underneath the cover of the opposite side of the release lever. Then push the bar that the screw was fastened to with a screwdriver towards the opposite side, while pulling on the release lever. It will probably move slowly as they may have used some adhesive to keep the metal hinge-bar in place, but it only needs to be moved a millimeter or two to allow the release lever to disengage. The top should raise and lower but it may not stay up until the hinge is adjusted better. I'm still diagnosing where it is sticking. It seems it needs more clearance somewhere.
Still no info on how to reattach the pull knob that came unscrewed. Any help out there

I'm not an electrician but I'd look to see if there was a fuse or if any capacitor was blown. I've seen a fuse in other air fryers but don't recall seeing one on this one. It might be under the circuit board that I didn't take out.
The sad thing is, If you aren't able to fix it yourself it might cost you more to have someone look at this then it is to just replace it.
Gary Simmons Ok I’ll take it apart I’m a mr fix it person anyway and this didn’t cost me any money my neighbor was throwing it away.
Did you figure out the problem? I have this exact air fryer and it does not turn on (no lights at all). Would love it if there is an easy solution to fix it!

I looks like it could be replaced but I don't know where you can get the parts from.
I couldn't find any parts either, I'm still working on adjusting it better so it stops sticking.
What is “serviceable” on this unit if the control panel won’t light up AT ALL
