Great video. Chasing the pinholes is never ending. What you think will take an afternoon takes 3 times as long. You are making good progress also I think a propane torch and putty knife will take off the undercoating.
Ah thats a good idea I'll have to try that! And yes the pinholes are a nightmare. Over that 4 days I felt like I got nothing done. I guess because I was expecting to knock out more than what I did.
If this were a oval or something more desirable I probably would have dished out the money to do channels but these weren't in that bad of shape and I already had the spare metal laying around so the repair to them didn't cost me anything but time really.

Should just replace the whole heater channel that is the support of the whole frame.
