💘 the Aromatics in this. Seems Scandinavian style in origen with the pickled carrots and white vinegar.
I would 💘 2 C videos about proper 🐟 cooking techniques. Shellfish as well. Plating techniques such as spoon glides, sauce arrangement, puree arrangements, etc. Thank you Chef

As I get older I find more satisfaction in cooking higher end meals, I really like the no recipe style as I rarely use them and if I do it is just to get a list of ingredients, not actual quantities. It takes care and creativity to cook this way.

Hello, I am happy that you like my work and that you are improving with your cooking. Btw if you think that you need skills for my mentoring, then you did not get a point because I am focusing on amateurs home cooks and some of my clients don't even know how to make stock or cook chicken. So I would not be worried about skills that much. You don't go to school if you are already a good chef right.

Because I don't like to teach to cook with recipes. They don't teach you anything long term. I made video about this already. Point of the channel is to get inspiration and motivation not to get bunch of recipes to copy.
People who wanna exact recipes are just lazy to try something themselves and use a brain. And want just copy others work. I don't like this in general.
Btw I don't think people don't watch it because there are no recipes. Plus I do personal coaching, that is my monetization. Patron is just for some bonus content.
