    Thank you so much for reminding us not to be intimidated. All of humanity has similar emotions, desires, and a need to connect.

      So much effort is put into defining people as different - class, race, gender, age- yet we all want to be happy, enjoy life, be treated special, etc. Remembering this makes every step you take easier. Be Luxury!

    Classy & Warm as is your “usual”. Love your story about uplifting your friend as you saw him as he really is. Totally agree with your natural and classy approach to treat people with respect and regard rather than focused on their social status.

    Love the human touch. We were just in Tenerife and while English is a second language to varying degrees across the staff, there was such a genuine effort to communicate well and even exchange "lessons" so their English was made better as was my Spanish. More importantly they remembered us, our orders, etc so that from day to day they knew what we had chosen and even offered suggestions based on what we had demonstrated we liked. Excellent experience, very appreciated and believe me we tipped well to those who made that extra effort.

      It is so wonderful to see people delivering products and services that listen and care. You also shared one of the benefits I did not mention. The rewards of gratuities! :-) It sounds like you had a wonderful time and I’m sure you are feeling refreshed! Thanks for sharing your personal experience!

    Thank you for your wisdom and insight. What resonated with me is that luxury and money are ideas. Ideas have a value monetarily and emotionally. Humanity is elevated when we connect honestly and creatively with each other.

    • @theandretaylor
      @theandretaylor  2 місяці тому +1

      Thank you Roz. I would also add that our humanity allows us to choose ideas that better serve us. We hear much about “lived experiences” today but how we interpret them - luxury, abundance, prosperity, wealth, sets the stage to build in the direction we desire whether we do so creatively, as entrepreneurs, brand builders, or consumers. We can elevate our ideas and thus our reality. Be Luxury!

    I love the part of humanity. It is not just the sales process that is human.
    Humanity starts much earlier in the process. You want your products to be sourced from decent people. you want the products to be produced by people who work in good conditions, are ensured and can support a family with what they earn. I have an IT background and therefore am familiar and invested in AI. However, AI can support us in our daily work (provided it is used correctly) but some things can only be human made. Because everything is about people.

      A beautiful reminder that we can and should consider the humanity in what we do in every aspect of our work and life. As always, I greatly appreciate your insightful and thought provoking comments! Grand success with your fall releases!

    The concept of luxury without the shiny object is so true! I know a woman in a much higher income bracket than me with the fancy car business and house who was actually quite jealous of me.. because I got to enjoy such luxuries as a paid off car, no responsibility of children, and very low stress. Excellent content per usual

    • @theandretaylor
      @theandretaylor  2 місяці тому +2

      When luxury is a state of mind you can choose to have or not have certain things and still personify luxury. The danger is being defined by our possessions. Luxuries exist for us to enjoy and we should. However, when we understand intangible luxury we’ll enjoy luxuries most because the value does not just come from the “thing” but from our abundant thinking.

      @@theandretaylorTotally agree! It’s definitely a state of mind too & I do greatly enjoy the nice things also

    I'm loving the editing style!🤩
    Also, your prediction on how there'll be a demand for people who can connect with humans in real life sounds very interesting.
    A lot of us, most especially Gen Z, don't even really know how to interact with other people without a phone or social media been brought up.
    And that says a lot.
    I gues it's time for me to pick up the "How to win friends and influence people" book by Dale Carnegie again😂😂
    Thanks for the video😁

      Thank you for your comment. We are in an over messaged society with less true communication and exploration of ideas than might be apparent, I think. Improving our ability to exchange ideas, and help others understand them should be a welcome challenge. Speaking of exchanging ideas, write me. Perhaps I can share something from my catalog that will help you in your quest. No disrespect of Dale Carnegie intended! Appreciate you watching!
