I really loved hearing and seeing how you worked through finding appropriate embellishments.
This is a very helpful tutorial on embellishing. My big hangup has been covering pretty paper or layering elements and then you can't see all of the design underneath. When I look at your layout, I think it's beautiful but when I try it I get hung up with those little details. When I look at your completed page I see a whole design, a supporting design for your story. I want to get better at that. Thank you for the inspiration!
You are so welcome Diane, I totally understand the covering of the paper struggle, I felt the same about this windmill paper. I am glad to know the tips were helpful and I like what you said about seeing a whole design supporting the story. That is a great way to describe scrapbooking in general.

The colors in this paper pack are awesome--so many different kinds of layouts!! The circle tool you made fits the layout so well. Very nice job! And I love the feather quill and books--adds so much.

Great layout and nice way to stretch this paper pack bringing in different embellishments. I love to work pocket plus protectors into the layout so they really belong like that! Love it Erin!

It is a big project to catalog them but it really does help you find the most random of images from your stamp collection.

Lol, I realized that but had glued them down, so I can’t change them unless I stamp another one and put it on top. I was laughing so hard while editing the video and actually added a little sentence in the description box. I don’t know what I was thinking 😂

Thank you Eleanor, it was fun to finally bring this layout to life. I immediately thought of these photos when I first saw the paper but spent too much time thinking about it rather than starting.
Your layout is amazing! I have began the daunting task of entering everything into Evernote 🤦♀️. It’s a work in progress but I have already used it to find my stamps, I love it! I have already used my quota for the month and will have to wait til next month to enter more.
It is a tedious process and I still have not gone back and cataloged all my older stamps but it is so helpful once they are in the system.
