There was a Nagito design in the Danganronpa 2 video that you said looked like makoto, and the hoodie reminded you of chiaki's hoodie. Personally, that design initially made me think of Keebo, and seeing Komaru have a beta design that looks like Maki as well makes me think that maybe they looked through some old designs while designing some of the characters for V3.

There was a Nagito design in the Danganronpa 2 video that you said looked like makoto, and the hoodie reminded you of chiaki's hoodie.
Personally, that design initially made me think of Keebo, and seeing Komaru have a beta design that looks like Maki as well makes me think that maybe they looked through some old designs while designing some of the characters for V3.
