Ingredients-
2tbsp coriander seeds
1-2tbsp pepper seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
1-2tbsp white sesame seeds
20-25 dried red chilli
100g cashew nut
1.20kg boneless chicken
1tbsp tumeric powder
1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1-2tbsp garam masala powder
1,5 tbsps ginger garlic paste
8-10 green chilli
1tbsp salt
1tbsp onion flake
1tbsp red chilli flake
1 cup coriander leaves
200g curd
1 cup mustard oil
3-4 medium chopped onion
2 inch ginger
1tbsp kasuri methi
4tbsp fresh cream
I believe I got everything.. let me know if I missed anything, wrote this down for later use!
