I'm badly stuck in the past, BADLY!! Last year I had my favourite job with my favourite people and I've been unable to move on. I had to leave them on March 31 2022.
I've been playing this song on piano pretty much every single day ever since.
I miss last year so much that it actually makes me really sad sometimes.

I've improved your version with some chords and I changed the left hand at 0:50 on accident but i've been doing it the wrong way ever since and I honestly believe it sounds better like that haha

This is my favourite song to play on piano, i'm going for Underground Passage theme next but I got the sheets of a youtuber called "We Are Magikarp" and his is hardly human possible so i regret chosing his.

Gotta say - i'm very impresed.
This is a very good piano cover, wicked job man.
I always search this song from time to time because this song is so good.
Recently i found a new synthesia style video where the guy did the upper notes of the song, I asked him if it was possible to do with 2 hands, they thought it was, but i don't think it is.
I would love to learn this and somehow add the 3rd hand upper notes as well, although i reckon this would be too difficult because you can't get all the notes on the right hand.

If transcribing directly from the original piece - it definitely won't be possible with two hands to include what I have written plus the extra high voice. I wanted to keep the writing straightforward so the performer can focus on the rolled chords and melody. That's not to say it can't be arranged in another way to prioritize different parts, though! I haven't come across any solo piano arrangement that include that voice, although I have found some nice piano+piano/piano+violin videos.

Yeah i think it would be sensible to just play it like the way you do.
Maybe you could add the upper notes for the first 10 seconds maybe of the song but other than that, ditch the upper notes completely.
Wish you did the trills as well
