Seriously this game is sick as fuck. Casual is just as fun as advanced runs. Played it like 7 times in a row when I first got it, adding more restrictions each time. Best $6 you'll ever spend on a game.
On my very first run of Pseudoregalia two days after its release, I accidentally found a way to freeze the Princess in place when she does her "beyblade" attack which just lets you whale on her the whole time, and I'm legitimately shocked that I've not seen it done or even mentioned in any speedrun of the game I've seen.
This was such a good run, for such an absolutely astounding game. Honestly, probably my game of 2023, and that's a year that included tears of the kingdom. lol
I just finished this game and I can say this run is entirely insane. Also, I accidentally got bonk clip myself, but I just fell down and couldn't do it again.
This game is great, I honestly only have one big complaint with it: There's no map, which really hurts it. I was determined early on to not use any guides, and spent literal HOURS trying to figure all of this out. Eventually I hit a wall and I had to cave, because this game is a complete maze.
For me, unfortunate choice to go with the ugly ps1 cave textures. The movement looks sick as hell but my god this is the visual equivalent of nails on a chalkboard.
AGDQ 2024 is live right now! Tune in to watch at www.twitch.tv/gamesdonequick
This run was so good. Excellent commentary, great runner, and great game.
That was some fantastic energy and momentum, not just ingame but from Jaxler and Ruby as well!
And Gibby, don't forget Gibby
what killer shmovement! Awesome run from Jaxler, and awesome commentary from Corundumcore and classic Gibby. GG!
Go play this game if you haven’t yet!
This game is such a hidden gem. Everyone should pick it up, even just casually
ok i've been wanting to learn this speedrun, maybe i'll actually do it :)
Same!
Highly recommend starting with the any% run, it's much more friendly with its tricks/movement. Also, check out the randomizer!

Still cant belive one of my favorite indie games from last year was on GDQ. If you see this comment Rittz, great job, you deserve this spot of glory.

man Jaxler seems so passionate love his energy
Should it be a bun-deer hop if the protag a bun-deer girl ?
The games describes her as a bunny-cat-goat thing at the end.
I bought this game after watching this run, and it was worth every penny.
Just... Wow
!! amazing
Gibby!!
Amazing run of an amazing game. Ruby was a fantastic couch commentator as well!

There was an update in March that added a map item, plus a time trial section in each zone to unlock new outfits for Sybil.
🤓

It couldn't cost only 6 bucks if it invested more in the visuals, so I'd say the game knows what it is. 🤷
It was made in a gamejam my bro. Wildly impressive with that in context right?!
Same so ugly
gameplay > visuals. the game is better than a lot of games that try to be hyperrelistic or crazy graphics
@@jacoblunchbox9499 At this point in time, game is sitting at $15 now, so you are pretty spot on - I've also seen worse PSX graphics tbh
