I am learning disabled with ASD & auditory processing difficulties, this makes it tough for me to follow instructions & retain my concentration. I am so glad I found your videos because you don't waste a word, or pad out your explanations like so many others do, with, how it sounds to me, a lot of word salad dressing. I have learned more in your videos these past few weeks, than I have in the past few years & I wanted to leave a comment as an expression of thanks for your waffle free, clear & very informative explanations.
    Many thanks.

Hi, thank you for the video!
Is there any way to use expression maps for key switches that needs to be put in between two notes (slides for example?) without using the 'direction' type?

Not that I know of. That's really Direction's remit, and the only way I'm aware that that job can be done.

Hello, can anyone tell me what the machine with the square white buttons is please? Or something similar that does the same job. Thanks.
    Good video,👍

So basically these maps engage different sets of samples of an instrument?? Right? Thnxx brother ❤

Exactly. The higher-end sample players such as Kontakt and Halion almost always have multiple "banks" of sounds that are accessible from these key switches, so it turns one instrument into many at the press of a single key.

Great video! Does anybody know if there's a user download base or something where people share their expression maps for certain instruments?? Thanks

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not aware of any such community database :(

check Art Conductor. good starting point but you'll have to conform to their way of doing things. saves some time tho
