Hey guys! Great video as per usual! Always excited to watch the new release! I have given a recipe for yellowtail before with the orange and coriander, but here is my other favourite way to make YT! Hope you guys start giving away the shirts again soon! INGREDIENTS - For the roasted organic baby-leaf spinach: 2 x 150 g pillow packs organic baby-leaf spinach organic olive oil sea salt and freshly ground black pepper - For the mustard sauce: 1 organic egg yolk sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 T organic Dijon mustard 2 T organic whole-grain or stoneground mustard ½ cup organic olive oil 2 t honey - For the grilled yellowtail: 4 yellowtail fillets (about 230g each), skin on organic olive oil, for drizzling sea salt and freshly ground black pepper COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - To make the mustard sauce: Using a stick blender, whizz the egg yolk with a little salt and pepper. Gradually blend in the mustards and oil, until thick. Add the honey and lemon juice, and season to taste. - To grill the yellowtail: Coat a grill pan with cooking spray. Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry with paper towel, then moisten with the olive oil and season. Slide under a hot grill for 4 minutes. Flip and coat with the mustard sauce. Return to the grill for a minute or two, until browned and just cooked, but still moist. Serve with the roasted organic baby-leaf spinach.

I never new fish cakes could be so easy. Well done legendary. I do alot of cold smoking. Would of done this fish differently. But once again a awesome vid to watch.
Preheat oven at 180°C Place cheese on fish Roll the fish Dunk in some beaten eggs Throw bread crumbs in a bowl and season if needed Roll in bread crumbs Fry it Take a casserole pan and spread with butter or cooking spray Place the fish in the casserole pan Bake for about half an hour+ Let it cool and enjoy
My son would go with Flour Mixed herbs Salt Cayenne pepper And egg For battered fish and for grilled he uses Butter Lemon Garlic Rosemary Black pepper And salt That's his 2 recipes

Braaing with roberston fish spuce garlic salt and butter then when serving with some lemon slices for extra flavor
Preheat oven at 180°C

Roll the fish

Roll in bread crumbs
Fry it

Place the fish in the casserole pan
Bake for about half an hour+
