I've been chipping away at 6WS1, and I'm almost done! Thanks for making these. I have one request--please don't wait until 15 seconds out to show the next exercise! I am using adjustable dumbells--the kind you link to in your description sometimes. That means I have to tinker to adjust the weight between sets. It is impossoble to maneuver my weights in less than 15 seconds much of the time, so it kills my momentum. I had to pause and/or rewind at least every other set on this one. Thanks again!
Brilliant - my arms are knackered and I could barely finish the last set of diamond push ups. That last bit was intense too!! I don’t think I’ll be able to move my arms today!! 😂😂

Another absolutely phenomenal workout. I have done many workouts over the last 20 years, from bodybuilding to p90x to hiit spin bike and running. These are by far the best workouts I’ve ever done, I’ve never felt muscle soreness like it. Dan, you’re an epic personal trainer! If you have the motivation to workout at home then these are seriously the best videos out there. But they’re definitely NOT for beginners 😂

Did this today for the May 3rd first workout of the week. Really liked how it had some good traditional bodybuilding exercises. Following along with the video (my phone at the gym) keeps you on task and and the rest periods consistent and most importantly keeps you OFF the phone from texting and stalling like 1/2 the gym crowd these days. You're welcome. When the lifts become too easy and you can get through sets without a little struggle then that's a great indicator that it's time to increase your weight. You could always begin with heavier weights then drop down as it gets too difficult. Alternatively, you could begin lighter and move up to heavy weights toward the end of your workout. Both will benefit you in different ways... so maybe try it both ways! Also, congrats on getting your diet under control. Keep up the hard work and let's get those results!

That is sooo true! Getting started is the hardest part. Way to push yourself when the easy route would have been to not workout. It always feels sooo good once workouts are finished. I have better energy, better mood, helps set the tone for my whole day. Awesome job!
