Im a runner and new to weight training , just trying to add some weight into my workouts to build a stronger body for running / triathlon's , im not following 6 week program i decided to do this one and the back and biceps each week , anyone think i should add another workout , dont really want to do to much legs as spend nearly 15 hours a week running and cycling , thanks in advance , Dan and Tiff thank you for your channel best one i found to foloow for a new b
Day 6 Round 2 completed. Now comes the real test! 3 cu yds of #4 river rock shoveled into a wheelbarrow and “suitcase” walked about 25 yards and dumped. Repeat till finished.

Thanks for the question. The workouts will act in place of your cardio for the most part, but for me personally, I use my rest days to go for a longer walk or jog, or I ride my peloton. Nothing too intense, but mostly to keep active. If you want to supplement with cardio you could do it 1-2x per week and that should be sufficient. Then again, depends on what your goals are. You may do more if that aligns more with you.
Not stupid at all! When I mention the dumbbell weight it is for each dumbbell - not for both combined. For example if I say 25 lb... that is each dumbbell. Hope that helps!

Basically do a random workout of Dan and then you’re automatically one day behind so this won’t be a problem. I did the same thing as I workout early in the morning too.
Can anyone do the finishers in the speed of Dan ? I think that his speed is beyond the normal that somebody can pull through. I've been working out for years and i can never keep up with that speed especially in the finisher. I can barely do some reps in the finisher, let alone complete rounds. Just wondering cause it gets disheartening at times.
