Thank you for posting these! I'm surprised I never found this channel before. For years I have been trying to track down a lot of this music. I can't believe how good the quality is
I wish I still had the original CDs and cassettes they came from.
@@soflo90saltrockarchive I can't thank you enough for posting these
If interested, we can keep in touch and maybe I can part with some of the cassettes when I come across them sometime in the future. You just need some time since I have a lot going on I would love to see them properly preserved
The local scene was so much part of my teenageyears. Still trying to find a good recording of Mr Tasty and the bread Heelers don't keep your valuables in the hotel room safe
Yes. There's quite a few that I'd like to have from then, but they're lost forever. No one, the bands, has ever posted them. At least a few of Phonetic Plumbings stuff has been uploaded to You Tube.
This channel has a few things, too: www.youtube.com/@somethingOnTheSouthFloridaMusi/videos
@@soflo90saltrockarchive I actually still have some cassette tapes buried away and I believe that Mr Tasty and the bread healers is close by somewhere. I just can't get over how great the quality is on some of the things here. I used to have a lot of local shows recorded on cassette tapes but the worst thing is we always have that habit of re-recording on cassette tapes and that age is very poorly where you can hear the stuff you recorded over while listening to what you recorded last
