I gotta say, mixing up the lines after winning 4 straight is not helping. I’m not saying it’s all his fault, because everyone was terrible, but the line mixing just wasn’t the play
YES. The team looks like it has almost zero chemistry. A lot of that is on the CONSTANT line mixing. There shoulda been more of an emphasis on reducing minutes of guys who aren’t showing up. Taking petey off the PP entirely for example.
@@SimonBaldocknot always, it really started (with moving around players like a maniac) by the time pettersson also lost his game (and linemates) last season.
It kinda feels like the system is a bit too telegraphed… a little creative genius would be nice to see. Like turning Kuzmenko from a Ferrari into a Ford pickup…
Petey was fine. There were so many worse players. Nothing is working. Its weird when not a single d pairing or offensive line is working than blame one person for it. Can someone explain it to me
Felt bad for Silovs, he wasn’t good but the whole team left him out to dry. The effort was non existent and the turnovers were just brutal to the point where it was embarrassing. With that being said, healthy scratch Bains and put Hoglander back on the top line.
Guys this is officially a coaching problem. Mixing up the lines, pushing a play style. Take some accountability. For once this isn’t just Petey. Also gosh damn Garland gives it 110% every game
Tochett has guys playing more defense than offense. And DeBrusk is as advertised. He's a ghost and then he's not.... Petterson needs to get traded or something lol
It was his fault time to blame yourself Coach You put the other goalie in net knowing full Well, he's having hard time you set this team up to lose tonight You should be taking the blame on this one
I agree, why would you put Arty In against New Jersey , which Quinn and the Canucks have been owned by the last few years . Great way to destroy a young goalies confidence.
If you were given a big raise at work but then underperformed for 6 months straight, what would the boss do? They'd fire your ass, straight up. They won't give you a hug and tell you to try harder next time. It's time to ship Petey outta town. He's too soft. People need to stop making excuses for the guy.
Hate to say it but it’s time for petey to go. We need more grit and determination. Also what the hell is the matter with their passing? I feel like they are fumbling or miss reading every second pass.. get it together boys
Quitting on Petey is going to feel really bad when he inevitably starts putting up 40 goal seasons against us. You should have seen him tonight. He was like a dog out there. Not producing but the work he puts in during games is undeniable at this rate. There’s definitely room for him to have better zone entries and dial in on high pressure moments. But like, cut the guy some slack. He’s not the only one who has been playing badly this season.
i don’t know why some canucks fans like you are like this, beg for a player to be traded then they leave and do good somewhere else then complain “oh what a bad trade why would they trade him” you know damn well that when petey gets back on his horse your not gonna want to trade him 😂

Tocchet has always done this - one guy plays well then makes one bad play on one shift and he's demoted, benched or scratched immediately afterwards.
Tocchet doesn’t know how to put together lines. I don’t get why he never tries petey with boeser
Noone wants to play with ep40 now he's bringing the mojo down. And I second that don't f with the lines let them vibe

Quinn Hughes looks pissed off
He did not look happy the entire game
No he doesn’t!! Foiled again by his brothers!!
"We looked like the Yankees in the 5th inning, but all game long" 🤷
Petersson is beyond frustrating. How much time does he need to get rolling?
All the comments talking about Petey when Miller was dogshit the last two games lmao…

trading kuzy was a horrible move

No one is blaming Petey for this loss. we are frustrated because he's making 11.6 M... and has the same amount as goals as Minnesota's Goalie.
@@ryukiT3ya but goalies have a way harder time to score so way more impressive to the goalie
On the players

Not much confidence coach. Come on. Meet with Pressure with Pressure FFS.
Team looks like the team you picked up. Go back to the basics.
Petey just don’t work well with Tochett
6-0 at home 🏡 bottom eh ...up is only way to go

If under contract, the boss wouldn't do a thing.
Say it louder ma boi !!! 🎉
stop mixing up the lines.... need to have time to gel...

@Fatal._. I hear you but something has to change, you know the whole " definition of insanity" thing. Maybe it's time to sit him for a few
@@Fatal._.his horse is too small for the playoffs
Petey needs to go away
