Trampoline Session Training for Snowboarding

Trampoline Session with the boys getting ready for Snowboarding season. The #countdown to #winter has begun for us. Got out on the Tramp with the boys today. I have been #Training #CrossFit for #snowboarding for the last two months. I am now incorporating some tramp and Jib training to prepare for the start of the season in #Tahoe #overstoked for the season start this year. This year will be our first season with @ikonpass and @borealmtn passes opening up a lot more places for all of us to #shred together.
