Ive been searching a few DAYS looking 4 more details about this vehicle ..& finally i come across this one i couldnt b more satisfied..great video, with great details..great review 👍
Very well done review but I would have liked some comments about the ride quality and performance . I gotta say ....kudos to Jeep for the Cherokee refresh . It is beautiful inside and out and seems to be very well crafted . Two things about colors . I really wish there was an interior that was actual gray or tan rather than just black or white options .Black is dull and hot , white gets very dirty in about 10 minutes . Also ...exterior colors are all bland ....why no orange , real red or real blue shades ? Nevertheless , I rally like this car and will be test driving one soon as my current lease is running out .
I used a GoPro Hero 6 Black in linear mode with the fisheye turned off, since that’s a new option, a motion stabilizer Mount, a Blue Snowball Black studio microphone and Final Cut ProX editing software on my MacBook to render.
I just traded in my 2018 latitude plus for a 2019 limited with everything you can get, the 18 was the best car I’ve owned. This 19 is even better! My parents in law work at Jeep and the ones they have real issues with are the Renegades, like the 14 15 cherokees and the old style compass.
My 2016 trailhawk has been a complete lemon, and I cant wait to offlload it. I wouldnt every take it off road, I bought my first and only Jeep, never again !
I would think about trading my 2015 JGC in, but the colors for the 2019 are so not good and limited. I have beige (inside and out) and it still looks great. 2019 looks similar to mine. I added running boards, custom dash cover and rain shields around windows. I don't care for the grill on the newer models. Too hard to keep clean. I guess I will keep my 2015.
It's the storage area behind the second row that I need to be a wee bit bigger. Need to be able to put a full-size wheelchair in there sometimes and I think it's going to be a tight fit if at all.
I kinda zoomed thru your review......but did your test drive include going over all the "4x4" options(dial?)......???? Did you go off road? Sand? mud? on the fence......for this same vehicle....2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 V6....$19,000.00.....fully loaded.....I just an NOT sure about the "dial" thing......grew up with REAL 4x4 vehicles...
Nicest review I have seen. Would love to see an Overland version review, as I am in the market for one. Problem is Jeep website does not do justice to their top line vehicle and most dealers have few if any on their lots. Marketing!!
In particular would like to see fascia details, door sill area and front cabin. Interesting feature missing from most of the videos (even my dealer was not tuned into) is the back seat features. Would like to see the recline and track movement. The foot activated tail gate is another added feature my dealer was unaware was on the limited model I recently looked at. The navigation system on the FCA vehicles is second to none. It reroutes very quickly and smoothly in both of the Chrysler products I own, 2008 Sebring and 2016 200C AWD. Strangely when Mercedes was part of Chrysler it's Nav. system was different and difficult to manage.
This is all content I have considered in the past, and will probably start integrating them into future videos. I'm already pretty long, duration-wise, so we will see. Also, I've had random luck with the foot-activated lift gates working. They seem to work well on the Lincoln's, however, any FCA product is hit and miss. And you are right, the old MyGig 6.5" touchscreen was TERRIBLE. And, what's worse, for a long time, Ferrari used the exact same radio face in their California Spider. Except it was satin silver colored.
my 2018 Jeep Cherokee does not have a tailgate lift button on the remote........ I cannot find a switch or button on the inside so I have to get out and walk around to the back and open it up manually that's crazy!!! 😯😕😞😡
My research usually takes around 5 hours per video to do. Sometimes more. Sometimes less. There are some vehicles where it’s hard to find data, especially if they’re older vehicles. For instance, I’m working on one right now that’s proving extremely challenging to find any data for!
That's why Germany car designer top rated in the car industry, they elements the engine and tires sound when you driving, see how noisy the Americans car 12:58 🙅🏻♂️
Probably the day that we went to look for this & have 2.0L Turbo available that day, we might left the dealership with Limited 2.0L turbo. Unfortunately, not available unless U have to order it & $1000 security deposit. Love the new but I'm a mom & EPA is my number one priority & the rest will follow.
I like the new body style but I can't stand the plastic bumper areas, so cheap looking. You have to upgrade beyond the limited to get the metal everywhere.
Ppl love to watch nice beautiful cars review but when they buy, they will buy a boring but high reliable car because the reliaibility is the most crucial thing of a car. What the point of buying a nice car if it keep failing fater a first few years.
Only in the 4 cylinder “tiger shark” engine, not the V6 or the Turbo’s. The tiger shark was used in other brands as well. After doing research we purchased the 2019 Limited (v6) and love it. We also have the 2014 GC and haven’t had any issues. The best car we’ve ever owned!
What a huge improvement with the headlights! A much nicer looking vehicle than its predecessor. Kudos to Jeep for making a much needed change!!

Same.
Did you get it?
Perfect, right to the point review! Thank you 😊
Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you liked it!
That color is everything.
Thank you. What do think are the biggest tires I could add to this vehicle without upgrading or changing the suspension?
PS. Rides beautifully and great stereo. Smooth 9 spd now. Love this.
improved a lot compared to the previous model !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes. The front end is a bit less controversial in style.

These are all good points to consider. I've thought about some commentary during some of the driving clips about the ride quality or such.
Great video? Just curious, what video equipment you used for this? 👍

Excellent! Thanks for the reply!
I would love to purchase this vehicle, but I've seen too many people with issues with Jeep. Scared to pull the trigger!

Amazing review
They need to update the key fob.

Normandy wow that sucks I’m in the market to purchase/lease a 2019.
What problems did you have ?
@@Mike-4547 Our 19 Limited Cherokee is perfect. There are lemons in every car model. Mazda is no different.

Good job. This would definitely be my upcoming new car choice but really need that rear area to be a little bit bigger.
Have you seen the back seat on the old XJ? This backseat is the Taj Mahal compared to that.

Thank you! I have a 2019 TrailHawk coming soon and once an Overland comes in, you can be sure I’ll film it!

That above diatribe was in re. to the Overland Model.

Jeeps are very reliable
🚗🚗😍😍😍
why you tell the truth about the jeep Cherokee as lots of problems with the transmission they are not built right

This is not a review, or comparison to similar models. Just a description of the vehicle. Not helpful.
Pinocchio!!!!!!!!😆 Cherokee is iconic, but this is just a eurojap clone, FAIL!😠
