Being in Arkansas, the side notch would likely be a White River Archaic or Graham Cave. Big Sandy’s are further east. Very similar in time, form, and manufacture.

Sweet point for sure. Those otters were doing some courtship chasing before getting down to making little ones. Seen it many times here on the Ohio and Scioto rivers in S. Ohio.👍♋

They're making sure that he's healthy and determined enough to mate with her. Doe deer do the same as do many other animals. Darwin hit the nail on the head, survival of the fittest.
That's a lost lake brother! If it's beveled on opposite sides the way it looks on camera it is Def a lost lake especialy if the base is ground. No Bevel would be Kirk corner notch.
