Tracy seems so cool! The whole energy of this video made me feel happy and positive! (Also, as far as birds, I actually love chickens! We had a pet chicken that was attacked by it's flock, they were overcrowded, they thought she was blinded, but once we washed the blood away, her eyes were fine. Her flock wouldn't take her back though, so we rescued her and she was such a good pet! I think there are a ton of really beautiful breeds, and when they are well cared for they have pretty iridescent feathers!)
I need someone in my life who will pile amazing vegan food in front of me like Tracy does for Liz 😰😰😰

My favorite bird is an owl because owls are my favorite! Every house that I have had in NOLA has had an owl neighbor except this one. I love the house that I am in but i am a little worried that an owl has not come to visit me yet. I hope it is not a bad sign Maybe i will just have to go and visit an owl, to make it right.

I know this was posted a while ago, but dang does Tracy just seem like the best human ever! I feel like she really wants to makes sure everyone feels loved and appreciated. She doesn’t want anyone leaving there unhappy. I have so much love and respect for people like that.

My favorite bird is a humming bird. Because they are adorable and fairy like, and because they can eat twice their body weight in food a day....so I relate to them on a spiritual level in that way. 💕🌱 Congrats you two on your little one!!

Oooh! My favorite bird is... Probably a Robin because I see them often. Outside weaving in between one another chasing through and around trees and it is always fun to watch!

My favorite bird is the Mourning Dove! I love the sound of their cooing and the sound of their wings when they flutter. I've been so stoked to finally hear them in the morning again.

What Tracy said about popping that baby out not being a big deal is soooo true. It's intense, but you get breaks between contractions, and the whole process takes about a day. The point where the pain is "unbearable" doesn't last long, and that's the point when you know that the finish line is near. And once that baby is in your arms, you forget about the pain completely. As i was pushing my second baby out i was swearing that I'd never have a child again, 30 minutes after she was born, i could not wait to do that again.
Now, taking care of that baby, that's the difficult part. Childbirth is nothing in comparison.
I can't believe I'm seeing this! But you guys are wonderful and congrats on your pregnancy!

What Liz said from 00:12 to 00:25 is exactly how I felt about Nola's Red Truck Clubhouse's vegan pizza. I had it 3 times in a span of a week there.

Three girls vegan is my favorite!! I always get so excited when you guys post a video there. I’m a student in the city and last time I had to rent a car to visit, but it was so worth it... She’s the biggest sweetheart and I’m hoping I get to go back sometime soon, but it’s not easy. Btw my favorite bird is the long tailed widow bird. Look it up, it’s a black gowned goddess with an elegant long train. So beautiful!
Gunna have to go with quail because of that boppy thing on their heads, how they waddle/run and the way quail families cluster together. Such cute and interesting birds to watch.

One day I’m going to take a ridiculously long road trip to visit this place. This is vegan goals.
my favorite bird is the red cardinal because when i was 10 one flew in my room(i liked to sleep with the window open) and i spent a good 30 minutes looking and talking to it before my mother walked in, scaring the bird causing it to leave my room and fly frantically, and I watched my mother spend a good 30 minutes flailing around the house with a broom trying to get the bird out the house.
This woman deserves all her success, what a beautiful person. I can’t wait to go to her restaurant!
I love Three Girls Vegan Creamery!! Not only is their food out of this world amazing they are all so kind and caring! I still haven't been able to make it over to their new location but I really can't wait to check it out. One of my favorites of theirs is their pizza❤❤❤.
My favourite bird is the sandhill crane. They nest around my house here in Sarasota Florida. They're nearly as tall as me and make some of the craziest sounds I've ever heard. You never seen a crane by itself because they mate for life, they're inseparable, just like you guys. Love the vid, keep up the amazing work ❤

I love this video! Thanks to subscribing to your channel, I found Three Girls Vegan! I live an hour from them in CT and didn’t know about them until your first video. Went to the pop up and was hooked. Since then I drool everytime I see a new post from them. The magic of the internet! I know exactly how Liz feels, I went to the new location on Saturday and stocked up. I finished my last piece of pizza at lunch today and feel sad. Favorite bird...hummingbird because they’re like a little helicopter when they hover near a flower or feeder.
I want to be able to drive/fly there! If I lived nearby I would be there whenever they were open. I think her love for people comes through in the food that’s why everything tastes amazing

We just ate there today and their food is amazing, their lasagna is to die for and their stuffed breads are heaven!!!!! I had my husband who just likes italian food and he was blown away….. Mac and cheese bals great and so was the grilled cheese. Absoulatly wonderful !!!!!!

First of all, I love that you went back there I'm living vicariously through you! Being an Italian from N.Y. who moved to Florida then became vegan, lets just say the Italian food is slim pickings unless I make my own. Drooling watching yous eat ova there!
