I replaced mine a month or so ago…seemed to fix it, but now I still have this issue. Mine specifically happens after a night of a lot of rain I’ve noticed. Other videos have said it’s the ecu. Any truth to that anyone?
Yes, I did fix it. It turns out. My ecu fuse was bad but not blown. It ohmed out, so I never pulled it. My friend pulled it to check it, and the prong was broken in the fuse block. Also, mine is a 96, so I wasn't getting an obd 2 signal I would pull fuses and check your grounds to the intake drivers side, and see if it'll connect to obd 2 and run codes pre 96. Try to check engine light flashes
@@jeremy1996cobra lucky you, turns out my timing belt snapped lol i took the head out yesterday, going to do head gasket and new valves + timing belt kit and I should be good to go lol
My 1999 accord will crank but not start. It also will not allow me to shift out of park. Put screw driver in release and shifted into neutral. Will not start in neutral. Break lights are working. Come back 20 minutes later, it is ok.
did it happen again because i have a 1996 honda accord 2.2 L coupe it sat for a month ran before went to start one day didnt start it will turn over but not start i also cant shift out of park without using the release button but it still will not start
@@K24GMONEYYup. I am an amature mechanic. I replaced the switch on the brake pedal and it worked for a while. But then it did it again so I replaced the throttle position sensor. It worked a while and did it again. That time I noticed that if I pushed the brake pedal down and then let it back up, all was good. I think I may have a lose connection going to the brake Pedal switch. This all started when the brake pedal button pad (where the button lands) simply broke and fell off on the floor.

Hey dude it can crank but not turn over? The engine turning over and cranking are the same. Now, it can turn over but not start up.
Annoying small picture
I even got a brand new fuel pump in it
I have a 94 accord and i have to pump the hell out of the gas to get mine to start...you think this is the same issue
Hate to tell you I'll replace mine with a brand new one and it still doesn't start
WERE YOU ABLE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG?
I'm having a problem with my 94 accord. If those sensors get wet will it effect them too?
Alot of these sensors have gaskets so unless your car was flooded....prob not.
I’m having dis problem. Will it fix the problem for it to start?
My mechanic sayingvit a core whatevercthat is I think he lying for more money 🤦

Mines the same but also when its very cold. It would make sense since ive tried everything else!
Have to crank it over several times before it starts. Then it has no power and runs rough
What was your Honda issue? Mine sounds the same. Thanks, ouivalerie
