Easy and incredibly delicious Eggplant recipe. This easy Eggplant and Ground Beef recipe was Inspired by Italian Eggplant Parmigiana and Mediterranean Eggplant Moussaka. Culinary fusion of Eggplant Parmigiana and Eggplant Moussaka, it's a perfect eggplant recipe for tasty family dinner at home. This is my family's favourite eggplant recipe. Tender aubergine slices layered with rich ground beef and luxuriously creamy feta cheese sauce. It's insanely delicious and easier than you think. Best of all, it's a no-fry recipe, making it a healthy option for a family dinner or a special occasion.

✅MAIN INGREDIENTS:
►2 Aubergines
►250 g Ground Beef
►2 small Zucchini ( Courgettes)
►2 small Carrots
►2 Tomatoes
►Tomato Passata 300 g
►10 Cherry Tomatoes
►small bunch of fresh Parsley
►1 Onion
►Dry Italian Herbs 1 TbSp
►Paprika 1 tsp
►Ground Chilli 1 tsp
►Black Pepper 1 tsp
►Salt to taste
✅ FLAVOURED OIL :
►Olive Oil 4 TbSp
►1 tsp Paprika
►1 tsp Mixed Herbs
►1/2 tsp Black pepper
✅ CHEESE FILLLING:
►Feta 100 g
►Soured Cream 250 g
