Excellente version mise en scène originale très inventive
one of the most fascinating women on history, that's what she was
Handel wrote the looonngest phrases--- love 'em
i know Im pretty randomly asking but do anybody know of a good place to watch new movies online?
@Ray Bronson i would suggest flixzone. Just google for it :)
@Ray Bronson I watch on flixzone. You can find it on google :)
I like this production even better than The Metropolitan Opera's. The casting, the costuming, the performances are all really wonderful!
Thanks Janine! We truly believe in the importance of presenting these works as authentically as possible. They resonate in a different way!
sheer joy
Excellent version, however I have to make a little constructive criticism: some words are pronounced extremely badly. For the rest, this is a very beautiful representation
Wonderful production but where is Part 2 please?

Difficult to understand how people who 'get' a Handel opera wouldn't have left Texas long ago.
yeah I'm not buying the color mixing here. How about a black mother and black son, or a white mother and white son etc? This is just awkward. This forced diversity is idiotic.
No it is not. You must know the Story behind Nerone. So it is not idiotic.
Lmao who could possibly give a shit, as long as they sing well
it's not a movie, the main thing for sure were if the singers could sing HANDEL man
Exactly! Because that's what we want from this Opera! Realism...
You can't be this f'ing stupid. Surely that's not possible.
