- The Great Silk Road with Anima Shirvani.
a musical journey along the once most important trade route
with its intrigue, power and destiny.
The aim of the project is to bring people from different cultures into dialogue with each other through music and to promote mutual cultural understanding in modern society. It aims to break down prejudices and deepen mutual cultural awareness by providing a space for dialogue and exchange.
Based on important events along the Silk Road, such as the fall of Constantinople or the expulsion of the Jews and Arabs from Spain, a project is being created that spans a musical arc between the centres of political events along what was once the most important trade route, linking Venice with Istanbul, Granada with Shemakhi and Isfahan.
The program has a historical-scientific background and, with its drama, has a partly very entertaining and partly also instructive effect on the listener. It refers less to the music along the Silk Road than to the political events along this route, addresses the communication problems between Western and Eastern culture, but also shows the mutual respect in modern times despite political conflicts.

Bravo, Anima Shirvani! What a brave and great idea! Only understanding between cultures can save us. ❤❤❤
You are absolutely right, we can only create peace through understanding between cultures. And music is the best way to do that!
