I’m sorry, I was watching this for a classroom assignment, but...I noticed something.
The instruments’ timings are off!
Not only do they come in at the wrong time, they don’t event make an attempt to match the tempo!

Music brings people together
Music creates social cohesion, it speaks to all when words can fail, and wherever you go in the world, it is understood. Music is a universal gift and its power to connect people is without question. It is an art form with human interaction at its centre.
the maracas guy man seriously
Oof watching this for fun
I think this percussion section needs more instruments than that!, But this percussion section sounds cool and different!!!
It does. If want to find more, there’s a UA-camr called Joe Porter, he can play them all.
There are only four percussionists in this orchestra, and they tackle multiple instruments in a single composition (even though one of them is often seen playing timpani).
what about the percussion instruments that have scales like the xylophone and the piano and bells
Very fun
it's good for us
Quarantine music workkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Where's the timpani?
Oliver "Crimpy" Lacota I know right!
And the Gran Cassa, and the Piatti, and the Triangle, the Tambourine, the Xylophone, Glockenspiel....
Like, Claves? Who plays that often in a orchestra?
There clearly was a bass drum in the background as well. Oh, totally DIDN'T SEE THAT!
I am watching for homework 🤣

I was listening to this while playing team fortress two..

I'm only watching for google classroom, but I noticed something. They forgot the cymbals and the glockenspiel. Also, I think the string instruments sound better than this. Check them out!
It was fire until the drums
0:36 the guy looks like a clown lol
Well......hmm....for a "national" orchestra that was rather basic! the percussion section is the most overlooked section in the orchestra, most composers just use it as a after thought or a novelty. I got more percussion in my bedroom....and i can keep better time!
probably the worst representation of an orchestral percussion section I've ever seen. I guess it's the thought that counts
true because usually in the percussion section, they get the bass drum, timpani, marimba, xylophone, glockenspiel, snare drum, tube bells, triangle, tam tam. Then you get the claves and maracas. But percussion instruments in an orchestra can be customizable.
you guys are all rong this is cool so you can learn music
Well that was a mess.
Was'nt that exciting? NO
:) - Absolutely NOT
What was the point of that?
Dave English To give us an idea of basic percussion instruments.
hit the nail on the head
Well...2 years have gone by and its still a basic "latin" band!
Can't even play in time. Sounds like a high school.
Lol
This was a terrible presentation and misrepresentation. They should have played traditional European rhythms and instruments.
