As a SharePoint 2010 Farm Administrator and Consultant I find Simon's videos a great way of introducing my customers to SharePoint. They are then able to ask me more informed questions enabling me to help them. I've got 3 separate teams, in the current organisation I'm working with, to sign up for Lynda.com licences. Maybe I should get a finders fee! ;-)
