hi can you tell me how to resolve the below issues to create calculated fields ERROR: You do not have a model or the model is empty. Cannot create or manage calculated fields
How can the laypeople forced to experience, suffer and use MS products like SharePoint help MS understand that businesses do not use MS work model? We all have different strategies, goals and needs that need to be addressed and being forced into a box of "single point thinking" is nothing beyond forcing the masses to accept their software.
omg... was painfull.... soo boooring... Not the subject.. but the guy... He talked so slow, and was so boring to listen to.. I had to double the speed of the video just to be able to get through it.. But atleast I now know what Sharepoint is.. It's a website software, where you can host users files and have them coordinate and work together on one platform, it connects all the other MS software's together, on any platform. And it also have just about any other tool you should need built right in. It's basically a Business Nexus.. Is that just about right? That's at least what I got out of spending 5min watching this 10 min video..
The presentation is clearly explained. Thanks! Never thought that Sharepoint can create websites. You are never too old to learn :)) every day!

InfoPath was discontinued shortly before this video. Does Microsoft decide to discontinue software often?
