I was once given ketamine through an IV in the ER. It was supposed to help with severe depression, but I'd never heard of it before then, and the ER doctor never told me what to expect. Moments after the nurse injected me I was totally engulfed in an hallucination. The real world no longer existed for me and I have no idea for how long. This scared the crap out of me as I had no idea what was happening. It seemed like a very long time before I saw reality again. I wouldn't do ketamine again, I'll tell you that much. I have no clue what my dose was, but what I did have was way, way more intense than either mushrooms or LSD.

Did you read my comment? It basically states that the real world ceased to exist and I was thrown into a bizzare world that reminded me of Mario Brothers first game. Nowhere was there any hint of reality nor any sense of time. I couldn't have walked or even communicated with anyone. How is that less powerful than doing it to socialize?
Psilocybin containing mushrooms saved my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit. It has also helped me survive depression.
Tripping is not all that bad but one has to find a good mycologist to teach you the right things you need to know

Just had a consultation with a doctor from a ketamine clinic, I qualified for the treatment and I’m going in for my first IV in 2 weeks.. this video helped out with some of my anxiety about the first treatment.

Be prepared to leave reality completely behind for a while. I've had one treatment for depression, but was not advised what to expect, so it scared the hell out of me.
I K holed and listened to Bob Marley in my bed a couple times. These were the most peaceful times of my life. Ultimately it made my other drug cravings disappear and gave me inner peace since then. Couple months ago I was in a supermarket and Bob Marley was playing on speakers, I was walking and laughing at myself like a little child lmao

Great mix of info and commentary. This is the most complete description of Ketamine’s effects and dangers I have seen. Never tried it but I would have if I’d been around it when I was younger. Had heard of it, but never knew anyone that had any. Anyway, fine content and nice production as always!
American here, I've heard of ketamine. I know what it is. In The USA, certified paramedics are allowed to carry and administer ketamine along with 54 other drugs. I believe it's preferred for its strong sedative effect, while not being full on anesthesia. Recreational use though? I've only encountered it as a combo in some MDMA pills I had. So didn't get a full 1 on 1 experience with it. But it was noticeable and rather interesting.

a buddy of mine got shot in the lower abdominal area, and the hospital gave him ketamine instead of morphine or whatever else they might use. he said it was pretty wild, but i haven't heard any of the juicy details about how it went for him. i myself have only ever had small amounts of it at parties and it made me feel like i temporarily joined the ministry of silly walks.

the shards dissolve way before they get to your liver, the ket is absorbed by blood vessels in the back or ur throat and nostrils powdering it will just increase the surface area and it will dissolve a bit faster and feels a lot less sharp to sniff lol

My most intense ever experience was an IM prep of 100mg K and 100mg 4-HO-MET. Perhaps I will submit a report someday.
One of the main things I hate about K is consuming it, insufflation is painful, as is IM.
Absolutely agree about abusing it often, don't do it.

@@eduardonigma9985 Yes, it's a lot! But I also can't verify the purity of the sample I had, though I was told it was high. Also very difficult to get hold of, so I wanted to fully experience it!

I think if you keep the dose low enough, you won't see any bladder damage.
Just never do so much, that it drops down the back of your of your nose.
I always stay below 100mg/day, never have to deal with it's taste, never had to worry about addiction.
Is it safe to try a k-hole dose by yourself (taken in increments so as to not overdo it), or is a sitter necessary? I've been searching online for risks associated with this dose such as passing out and throwing up in the wrong position, but can't find anything conclusive. If anyone has some experience with this I'm happy to hear it! :D

I don't like how they are marketing ketamine as "psychedelic therapy" even though it's a dissociative. Seems like an awesome drug imo but that is very misleading and will be missing some benefits that can only be obtained by real psychedelics. If they want to continue to pursue this they should be pushing for psylosibin therapy instead.

I was under the impression that ketamine was some dirty drug that was full of shite and a cheap worse for you version of speed. Just shows how ignorant I was about the substance. I've never tried drugs I listen to your channel out of curiosity and entertainment although I'm definitely interested after this.

@@blasphemous140 not really tbh just felt like I died for a moment or honestly felt extremely similar to when I first blasted off on DMT but much less intense and aware since I was so numb from Ket n nos n DMT by itself pries the 3rd eye right open so ur just gettin blasted with visual insanity most of it lol there was a visual aspect to it also but it was much more similar to mushrooms and looked very circular and symmetrical and kinda like a bunch of eyes watching me similar to artwork by Alex Grey. I got the sense god was there watching but also big brother it was strange like there was a war between light and dark and good and evil and heaven and hell in this infinite present moment I became hyper aware of the duality in all things. Drugs are strange lol

I thought so too but it is not true!!! It disconnects you from your bad thoughts. You are 100 % much more likely to have a bad trip on lsd or shrooms than on ketamine.

I once took a kinda bigger those than tought of ket. Layed down and somehow had the hallucination that i slit my mouth open with a knife while i kinda was in a meditation and sleep like state. Woke up screaming for my mom which i then woke up. Screaming abt spiders and insects everywhere. Then somehow calmed down and went to sleep later. The whole night i wasnt sure if i dreamt that or if i really screamed. Idk what happened there i never had this kind of experience with ketamine, also i did the same ket again the next days and never had a similar experience.

Hand to god, here’s the true account of the first ketamine test on a human; Ed Domino administered a bolus of the drug to a test subject. To test its anesthetic efficacy, he squeezed (squoze?) the guys balls. When the man came to he said “Doctor, that drug of yours is amazing stuff.. but it made my balls black and blue!”

I'm not sure how anyone would or could like k. I tried it when I was younger and it had all the power of some good L but it had also the terrible aspect, a thing best avoided because the power alone is way strong so it is good to have a pleasant aspect rather than magnifying some terrible aspect accompanying it. But that's Just me. I will not be doing it as I am perfectly content with drugs that feel good and powerfully so. And I only did about a rice size bump after pulling it out of the oven set to a hundred degrees and closely watched mostly with the door open till the liquid hardened
How many times a month would be a healthy amount of ketamine
A gram every few months would be a safe amount to use, less is more
