Do I need to take MORE capsules if I have more pain sites? My guess is, the product goes to all sites simultaneously and equally...or in proportion to the need per site?

Yes--- you can take it if you have eczema. However, certain medications don't mix well. Aspirin is a more powerful blood thinner. Don’t take aspirin and serrapeptase together. Clopidogrel, Warfarin, and other prescription blood thinners. Same as above - if you’re on any type of blood thinner, don’t add serrapeptase.
Please be careful with Serrapeptase use. I've no doubt it is useful for some conditions. I remember waking up with a sore throat, I took a few capsules of Serrapeptase and it was gone within an hour. So I know it works. However, my partner got very ill after 2 months of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase (recommended by a practitioner who also sells it) He ended up in hospital (previously healthy) and they said he had a mini stroke. It is too much of a coincidence and I've since heard of other cases. If you notice anything unusual, stop taking it! Research has shown that Serrapeptase is an enzyme that comes from silkworms. It dissolves proteins that can accumulate in your body in response to inflammation and injury (especially scarring). It may take time.
I googled serrapeptase and found out that it has dangerous side effects and should be taken only for 4 weeks and not continuously. Also be careful when taking blood thinners and more.
Unfortunately, searches on google will bring you exactly the opposite of the truth 99% of the time. You need to go to further pages in the search. The first few links given will lead to you believe that it does not work and has serious side effects etc. This can be seen with any natural treatment because the certain companies and entities do not want you to find truth and stick to the mainstream narrative. God forbid someone uses their own intellect to try and heal themselves naturally. Search further on any subject by weeding through the most popular narrative and you will find truth.

Start taking this and let us know the answer to that question... serrapeptase has been found to be effective at dissolving only non-living fibrin (scar tissue)! It even crosses the blood brain barrier! Studies have confirmed that this enzyme also dissolves fibrin and fibrin coatings in cysts! Clinical reports from doctors show it dissolves branched fibrin.
Infarct scar is now recognized as living tissue: composed of a persistent population of fibroblast-like cells whose ongoing activity includes a regulation of collagen turnover and scar tissue contraction and which are nourished by a neovasculature. Non-living Fibrous tissue that forms when normal tissue is destroyed by disease, injury, or surgery. For example, scar tissue forms when a wound heals after a cut, sore, burn, or other skin condition, or when an incision (cut) is made into the skin during surgery.

Hi are serrapeptase meant to have such a strong odour similar to cat litter?

Living and non living scar tissue what is the difference
Infarct scar is now recognized as living tissue: composed of a persistent population of fibroblast-like cells whose ongoing activity includes a regulation of collagen turnover and scar tissue contraction and which are nourished by a neovasculature.
Non-living Fibrous tissue that forms when normal tissue is destroyed by disease, injury, or surgery. For example, scar tissue forms when a wound heals after a cut, sore, burn, or other skin condition, or when an incision (cut) is made into the skin during surgery.

Serrapeptase is considered safe for most people, but some may need to avoid it. The safety of serrapeptase has not been established in children or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
