Between working on my 2 1/2” squares with quotes for my small box and my travel size glue journal on style and design, I keep busy just with those two things. Hi what kind of glue you are using? Also I want to ask do you harvest the magazines as you go? Or you just get all images that you like and use them later? I ask because usually I seat with a magazine and fuzzy cut everything I like but them when am going to glue them like I don’t know where to put what or don’t have like square images to glue first and them fuzzy cut images it that make sense.
I use Aleene's tacky glue on the edges and a glue stick to fill in the middle (usually Elmer's). I have sensitivities to a lot of odors so have to be careful as some glues are rather strong smelling. Generally, I go through a magazine as I am working. I have a small box of "harvested" images that I have saved for one reason or another. Sometimes I use those too, but mostly I find stuff as I need it. Thanks for watching! 😃
Hi Diane I love to just glue too but I think I need to let go of the 'page must make sense' idea... Need to be a bit more free I suppose... I look through your magazine while your flipping pages and want so many of your images... You have some great mags for harvesting... Hi! If you like the "has to make sense" page, then do it! Mine usually do, but it is fun to just glue and not think about it too much. I generally do not harvest magazines. Once in awhile I do if I'm getting too many. TFW! 😃
@@TatteredEdgesDesign I think I need to do a random gluebook and just put anything in it I like.. I just love glueing and don't really like fussy cutting 🙄☺️

@@TatteredEdgesDesign oh right... I just seem to end up with lots of images to deal with and they are very difficult to organise especially for me! 😁
@@ChattylaineCreates Yeah, and organizing takes time. Often when I have harvested images, they sit around and never use them anyway.
