OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH DUDE !!! i was struggling with my aim for weeks now , just got into the game and i was litteraly switching my sens every game. i dont know why the devs haven"t provided us tools like that or comprehensive settings .
A really good video, I always put everything at 1.00 thinking it was just multiplier of sens. This video helped me a lot, I was very good at FPS in general but I could not aim with scope in hunt, I was thinking it was because the crosshair is lower but in reality the sensitivity was at fault. Thank you a lot, the DOC really help.
thanks for the video! I have a question though Isn‘t there raw input in Hunt, so that it just bypasses the windows acceleration ? Or did you test it and it was different?
Ya exactly I was sure there was a Raw input just like most games these days since a decade but according to today's video from Neenoh and a lot of comments in his video, it seems like Hunt doesn't use Raw input. Else it's a very surprising coincidence that most of them have gotten a lot better from disabling acceleration. It's a shame if I have to cause I actually like it in Windows.
Recently got back into Hunt again and used the shooting range to improve my aim a bit... and I did notice that different rifles and scopes felt differently - never considered adjusting the settings for each scope (wasn't even aware it was possible). So thanks for this video - hope it can make my muscle memory improve quicker this way!
After some testing this doesn't seem to be 1:1 sensitivity. 1 wrist swipe without aiming = 180 degree and while aiming it's like 90 degree.. Double checked all values. Am I missing something?
My understanding is that its not about having all sensitivities be the same 180 degree swipe, but that a swipe at any zoom level will cover the same number of pixels on your monitor. If you had the same 180 for each zoom level, your sniper sens would feel way too high.
I have a question -- why do scale factor of default look and hipfire differs, even when hipfire has no zooming involed ? Aren't they suppose to be identical ?
it has a different modifier, i did a sens conversion from csgo to hunt for shoulder aim hip only since i play gunslinger, and it is the same value for that conversion as this calculator gave me, so seems good to me
This and especially the calculator has been invaluable to finally help me to decipher how to do monitor distance matching correctly myself. Can you explain please how you got the exact numbers for the zoom factors / if there's a way to measure them exactly? Thank you!
"In the script, you can set your Hipfire FOV to either be "zoom" or "normal". The FOVs in the FOV-portions should react accordingly. It calculates a higher sens for Hipfire even when set to "normal" because the game has a built-in factor. When both are set to 1 in-game, your "look" sens will be slightly higher than the "hipfire" sens altough both have the same FOV. The script corrects that."
see the 180° example he gives at the start, pick the lowest you feel comfortable with and still be able to 180 with it. Since he mentioned settings like csgo because movement is not as important as in apex, most csgo players are around 800dpi
Im at 7k hours in Hunt at 800 dpi and .80 in everything and never used aim lab once until now since my flick is good but as soon i play game like starsiege deadzone. I figured out my tracking and aim control is shit on bigger TTK haha. Now i just use ethos warm up valorant routine every day before i play hunt then go shooting range and 180 quick scope head and i already see result next step getting better sens ON EVERY zoom ... Tnx for this great educational video
Agree, especially for plebs like me My crosshair placement is bad enough as it is I either have to play only Hunt or all other games Which honestly hurts hunt more than the other games
@@AkkirOrihsam for some reasons kids new to pcs think that having a dot drawn in the center of the crosshair would give an advantage as close as cheating, which, it doesnt, and u could put a dot in the off center crosshair too, these kids as they are bad at every shooter, and or new to fps, dont have the thousands of hours in fps with a centered crosshair as we do, so they wont suffer like i do when flicking and shooting the ground because im used to cs go and one tapping heads. Its the same logic as saying drawing a dot when using the awp will give u advantage, it doesnt, as the awp has bloom, every gun when hip fired has bloom, so no point in knowing the exact center if it isnt even go there in the first place
Its not easy and depent on each person. You have a terrible mouse or very narrow and tiny mouse pad and space to move your hand. All that take effect to your aim. My experience is if you can sway your aim from front to your back without lift up your mouse.that is the good sen for you. Or you can go to practice in Trials with moving target.shooting range is useless.
I recently decided to match all my shooter game sensitivitys to my CS2 sens with a calculator and this google doc script saved me. Thanks!

I have a K/D of 3.1 and never heard of that lol. Gonna try it, thanks!

Hey man your English isn’t bad at all! It’s impressive that you speak multiple languages at all.
Great video!
thanks for the video!

I've been looking for that kind of calculator for a long time. Ty so much!
Even I am 6 stars in Hunt. This video still very useful and help me a lot today.
Thank you very much :)
that calculator you linked is awesome. this has helped my aim when it comes to scopes alot
Thank you so much, u make my gameplay really easier !
Thank you for the sensitivity script
Glad to see you back
Thanks :D, Glad to be back. Let's hope the comeback won't stay at 100 Views 😂🏋😁

great video, tyvm
This is awesome - thank you !
Great explained! Congrats and thanks
great video im new to hunt and this lowkey helped a lot

A thing that seemingly nobody mentions is that you should definitely experiment with your FOV setting
Dude you get a sub from me just for the windows setting i had no idea it was on.
This and especially the calculator has been invaluable to finally help me to decipher how to do monitor distance matching correctly myself.
Can you explain please how you got the exact numbers for the zoom factors / if there's a way to measure them exactly?

what dip is this based off of?
What about Shoulder Aim? Does that not matter since its not in the calculator?
Hello, what should be the ideal dpi?
Still accurate even with centered crosshair on the new engine?
whato do i do with multiplicator sensitivity option
I love this kind of content 🏆🙂🙏🏼
As do I!!
Какой dpi используешь?
Now where are all of those listed sensitivities in the config file? Because only Hipfire sens and aim sensitivity X and Y show up.
yes . i learned these from hard way . after 2000 hours stuck with 1.34 kda is sux .
How about the game setting "Turning extra strength" what should it be at?
I know im a month late to the reply but "turning extra strength" is a setting for controller players.
Can someone explain to me how to change the settings in the ".xml" file?
How can I copy those numbers from sheet to game config file? I cannot find lines mentioned in that file
cool video!
for me the script is not downloadable. is it still anywhere to doenload ?
anyone know why when not using hipfire zoom, the values are not equal for standard and hipfire? Are they actually different?
My close aim range got alot better, first shot was a nasty flick headshot, we'll see about the long range
Are ironsights and aim down sights the same thing? Sorry if it’s a dumb question
Yes
how come the calculator recomends a higher hipfire sens than look when set to no zoom? as the fovs are the same surely the sens should be the same

I get an error :( Failed to open the file :(
What should the DPI be? I am using Logitech G502 X. Do you have any advice on this?
What feels good to you, maybe?

why the hell did they make like 10 different sensitivty settings. almost want to refund the game because of this bs lazy incompetent devs
unfortunately off center crosshair is still a thing...
tbh, you get used to it very fast. I switch a lot between Games like CS:GO, Valorant, Hunt, Cycle, Tarkov and it wasn't a issue so far 😁🙌
Agree, especially for plebs like me

There's no way this is correct.
I just tried it and it makes a huge difference! Works great.

Thank you for not mentioning muscle memory, the biggest myth when it comes to aiming.
My worst enemy is weapon sway tbh very annoying when i want to get a head shot but the other player 1 clicks me on the first shot like wtf 😂😂😂
