Wait so... If I want to record all of my images must be deleted first?!
Thanks mate! I know how to shoot photos but i never figured out how to actually record... I was looking for tutorials but they all did not answer the final question and you just delivered it short, clear, just perfect.
I really wish I found this video a year ago... Nice... It's brilliantly simple and to the point.
Best simple calm video that's totally explainable. Great job
I really enjoyed your tutorial so thanks immensely. I have the D5300 and found you whilst searching for Hot Shoe Stereo Mics and remote receivers. I have had this camera a while but have done little in video mode. Your step-by-step video was smashing.
You might find it stupid and funny.. but in every "how to make a video" clip youtubers have told about the setting, how to set your ISO, microphone etc. But this was the only video in which I found how to RECORD. 😂... Thankx alot for that.. everything seemed useless to me before I watched your tutorial.. great job👍👍
This video just earned a subscription from me. I was trying to figure out how to adjust my Iso settings without going into the menu.. Thank you for this simple video.
This is so helpful. I love the way you did it in steps. Ppl like me need that. I subscribed as well. Pls keep doing content like this
Excelente explaination. Straight to the point in steps. No blabbering about other things. Good job. Tks.

Thank You very much for this.
Simple! And now I know how!
Every other video on this subject, that I looked up in my search, basically,
explains how to set up the camera to get the best videos, using the menu.
OK! I got it, I got it!!
They stop at actually demonstrating pressing the Live view, and adjusting from there, then pressing the record!
mahalo from Maui!
You do an excellent job explaining this. Thank you!

Great video!!!! Helped me with everything except one thing! How do I keep the camera on while using my hdmi out to an external recorder? The camera keeps turning off on me. I've tried hitting record and not hitting record and it works great in my video switcher for about 5-10 mins then cuts out.
Very useful! Thank you so much!!!

Hey there. I am facing an Audio Hiss during recording a video. I have tried with both Internal and External Rode Mic. Is my DSLR which is D5300 not working properly or I need to reduce it with Noise Reduction Software.
I am filming a music performance under low light conditions. What aperture and shutter speed and iso would you recommend. The lighting keeps getting adjusted and flickers. Any advise would be appreciated Jim
Hello I have a Nikon d5500 are the settings same for video???
Do you have to get out of live mode to turn down exposure. It would be nice to change it as I am in the middle of recording a clip.
I have a d3000 and considering using a D5300 with my d3000 lenses, and also, have a couple other extra's like a little push button remote. Would I have any problems with that ?
Loved this
Very helpful, nicely explained.
Thankyou very much. I want to know why when i record whit my cellphone every thing looks better do i have to do some thing in postproduction level?
I have D5100 but i can't get AF to work good. It's working all the time in my vlogs and when i'm in focus the rest is not. What to do? I have on Automatic, or should i go Manual and fix the focus whole time self when i'm Vlogging? Doesen't feel right.
Simple and easy to understand ! Nice work
Thanks! Did you just get your camera?
