Hey Pete, As an amateur music producer, I really love your channel! Have you looked at Visual EQ Console by 4Pockets? I got it a few months ago and I am using it constantly. So many features that I want and are missing in GB. 4Pockets also has a lot of other plug-ins that look interesting, but this is the only one I've tried.
Hi Pete Just upgraded to sennheiser 280 pro over ear headphones from ancient sennheiser on ears and wondering how I record vocals. Every time I speak with the cans on I hear my voice muffled but booming in my head. When I start to sing its like singing underwater. Maybe my set up is out. I don't playback at great volume (worry about my hearing) but is there something I am missing. Not sure Im getting monitor. Set up iPad with Scarlett 2i2, Rode condensing mic. Any thoughts. Otherwise great headphones with good rendering of live and virtual instruments.
Hey there. So you’re monitoring both the backing track and your vocals? Maybe try turning off the monitoring or your own voice? A lot of folks like taking one ear cup off their ear to get better singing results. ua-cam.com/video/EcI1tPC4P34/v-deo.html

Yeah. GarageBand Mac is not quite as simple.
This layout is much easier than what I see on my MacBook Pro for GarageBand….
GarageBand iOS is pretty straightforward and awesome!

I haven’t personally tried it but heard good things about this and lots of her 4pockets apps. I really should explore them soon.

Available? Yes but its pretty different and advanced from the ios devices tho. And its pretty good
Mac is quite a bit different. I would check out some of Patrick’s videos over at the GarageBand Guide.
