Did you get one, Rhett? This and the 76plus are an embarrassment of tone riches. The 76plus practically reinvented my guitar-- I know gear "shouldn't" do that, but it's such a responsive, truly alive pile of circuitry that my "connection" to the instrument was just... shockingly different? Plus, with the filter you can really freq the f*ck out. Psychedelicious!
This is the first guitar synth video I haven't hated. The tones in the opening jame I could totally see myself using.
That's phenomenal! I don't usually like complicated things, but that was great - lots of usable sounds. And fantastically demonstrated, as ever.

Only you, Mr. Ronquillo, can make that pedal sound amazing, futuristic AND retro all at once. The way those tones phase....the wah-wah effects and "Leslie-esque" swirls....man.... Outta this world for sure. Knarly to the max!

For pure synth tones, I'm still gonna have to go with the Enzo. But, for a synth pedal that really lets the guitarist shine through in that oh-so guitar way, this Lysis rises to the top. Great demo!

When you demo anything you show the full extent of all of it. No wonder lots of companies have you do demos, of course I will always just show up to hear you play but if I intend to buy any guitar equipment I want to see your demo of it first because yours are the definitive demos, no need to go look for one at a store to see if I am going to like it just watch you because you hit all the buttons and really give it a work out.

It seems like it does what the 76 plus does but with octave down on another flavor of fuzz. would it make sense to get both? The Solidgoldfx man told me to wait this fall before I decided.I can't I must have some kind of problem then. Issues

I'm not experienced with those pedals (yet), so I can't comment yet.
I got a Dirty Robot and it is cool, but nothing like the sounds he's getting with the Lysis. I just ordered a Lysis because I think SolidGoldFX found the sound in my head. Can't wait to play with it.

Is there someone here who prefers the v1 instead of the mkii? I have the mkii but by the demo the first version seems to sound "rounder" warmer i would say.. Has someone tried both of them?

I just like it the best because he plays what sounds best, I never have the sense that he is trying to impress anybody, he likes what he hears in his head and he plays that with exactly the right amount of abandon for my taste.
