I had so much fun smoking weed until I couldn't live a day without it. Until I had to smoke immediately after getting out of bed. I'm so happy I live without it.
Me too. I smoked for 20 years. I needed it since the moment I woke up until I went to bed. I'm 11 and a half months clean now. Wasn't easy. The first 3 weeks were the worst. After that it was much much much easier
3 weeks today, sober from concentrates after 7 years, and my motivation, patience, and overall happiness is through the roof! Literally best decision you can make. Good luck to my fellow stoners. You can do it!
I’ve been taking 500-1000mg of gummies for the last 16 month every day. Last 10 years smoked it, I’ve quit 4 times this year I’m on day 2 of this again. Worst sweats, crying, no eating and no sleep. Please pray I can stick with this. My first child is due in February
im 33 days off nicotine!!! i currently have the flu and im gonna try to quit smoking weed now because smoking hurts and its not even making me feel high, its barely relieving my pain. thanks for the motivation
My dreams have been off the wall crazy i cry often because ptsd is insanely so much worse without the weed it's really unbearable mental anguish please 🙏 pray for me

Dude, amazing video. For me first 2/3 months were worst, I'm 5 months without weed and I feel great. Lebo's story is so relatable. I think the stigma around mental health is not only a problem in africa, it's everywhere. I feel that most people don't have enough knowledge about psychology, this stuff should be taught in schools, for real!!! Love your work Dr. Frank you helped me immensely. Love you! keep spreading the word about this drug.
@gregolejniczak5631 heyy… I hope you are doing well I am one week without weed and smoking and i am having blurry visions … did you experience the same … does it get better with time … can you please share your experience
Hey can you share your withdrawal experience with me… I am one week without weeds and I am having blurry vision Did you have the same issue… does it get better with time ?
@@megha_K Hi, yeah I had some sort of that plus a brain fog, dizziness also. What helped me was a lot of sleep. Every time my body needed to sleep I just went to bed end slept for whatever was needed, also healthy food helped a lot. For vision especially Omega 3 oil in tablets, magnesium, vitamin D+K and healthy salads with ginger. It gets much better with time. I think 3 months are essential, I don't want to put too much on you but sauna is great to accelerate the whole process if you can of course .

even though we don't know each other I'm proud of you! I've been smoking weed since 1995. Like 28 hours ago I threw out a whole quarter. It's caused so many problems and I'm sick of it. hope you continue your sobriety

@michira.1524 i dont know why my comment keeps getting deleted on here I did quit cigarettes a month ago! And weed I'm cutting back alot haven't completely yet ....its been a few days since I smoked and my main issue is that ptsd is a million times worse and the vivid nightmares
im so proud of myself today as its 6 months no booze and on week 2 of not being high 24/7..and in middle of being broken up with by a friend as i type this..and still not going to go run out and pick up...woohoo....fuck my ex friend to be!
I think you need to focus more on dabbing. Smoking doesnt get you addicted nearly as much. Literally only takes 2-3 per sesh and youre doing several times more than flower. I think youre wasting your time talking about weed flower addiction.
It’s addictive regardless the format you consume it in - you may have much worse withdrawals with dabs, but it’s insensitive to say that flower isn’t really a problem and we’re wasting time talking about it when clearly so many of us are struggling with it.
Lol withdrawal symptoms!? What kinda bs is that? You guys are acting like you tried meth. You know how you quit weed? You just stop. Its not like H were you could die hahaha 😂 It's not the weed it's the realization that you're upset and nothing's really working and you're not doing anything about it like seeing a psychiatrist, you're trying to treat yourself. And it wasn't the weed making her feel anxious she was feeling guilty for smoking it. She has underlying psychological problems not weed problems😅
