Weevil deserved it. Throwing yugis exodia cards,cheating his way to get to the top taunting atem about having his soul and trying to seal atems soul. Rex on the other hand is just a punk except for trying to seal Joey's soul.
Mostly because Tea and Yugi fell off a train into a ravine and passed out. That and the writers knew full well nobody cared enough about Weevil notice or really care if he had died. After the duel with orichalchos yugi, I forgot he existed 😅

The weirdest part about the Duke/Rebecca and Valon duel is that they're literally being punched and kicked...but the Seal of Orichalcos was never activated. So everything should still be holographic and not magical. So somehow Valon was able to have his armor card holograms equip to himself.
His hair even flipped back when he won the duel and the armor dissolved. If it were holograms his hair would clip through the helmet.
Yeah I've always wondered about this duel it's strange that they were actually physically beating and somehow Valon's holographic cards were able to equip onto him and he is able to actually fly and attack another hologram. Odd that YGOTAS didn't make a joke out of that.
@@DanTUtilizer In the Japanese manga I think it specifies that the holograms are able to create limited "shockwaves" that make them appear to have actual presence and effects.
And he can even fly to punch the dragon.

I actually distinctly remember this episode, I loved Valon's powersuit cards. Now, whatever happens between Yami's rematch with Raphael and the showdown with Dartz is what escapes /my/ memory.
Raphael: The angel dies and is replaced by the grim reaper that forces itself to revive every time its killed
Dartz: Everyone except Yami dies and Dartz makes him believe he is a nihil
