The8BitDrummer It's just a meme in osu community (or only in osu subreddit, idk) that when someone makes a impressive play they say "report and move on". Blue zenith is a popular beatmap in osu and there is a mod that make the map 1.5x faster (doubletime) and blue zenith would be impossible to be played with this mod cuz would be too fast (unless you are a hacker, so "report and move on").
Idk when this meme was born maybe someone can explain it better.
