and it's name comes from a common russian women's name in 1890s-Matryona or Matrona
It's mat-ryosh-ka. You don't stay on the Y long, it's short.

A smoking snake its called vocaloid,and there are more vocaloids than these two in the picture,the blue one is hatsune miku and the green haired one is gumi.they are from japan but they are not in any form of anime,they make song not manga,episodes,and seasons.
