This situation was pretty awful for sure:(. No matter who is the guilty party (unless it was a porch pirate), USPS is aware and has escalated to the OIG. Mail tampering is a Federal Crime, so if there is a repeat occurrence hopefully they will catch the culprit. I fear ebay is our safest bet (imo) for purchases and sales over $500 that go through their authenticity center, and TRUSTED consignment stores (again IMO). This is a sad world we live in:(...

Kim is the only person who knew that exact bag was coming and could have had a counterfeit bag waiting. To get the same signature each time also makes her suspect since the first carrier was a sub. The mail carrier didn’t know and would have to purchase a counterfeit bag.
This is true, but the fake didn't show up for 1.5 months, roughly...I don't know if the second delivery was with a sub also or not - it could have been a long term sub - I'm pretty sure the Chicago post office lady told me there were some health issues with the permanent mail carrier but at this point the details are a bit foggy. It's just such a mystery...I can argue it from several angles..
@@myluxurycloset529maybe it took 1.5 months cause the postman, after opening the package and realizing what he had, knew he had to have the package reappear but he needed to find a replacement for it and of course he probably ordered one from one of those sites that ships from china. And we all know how long it takes to get something from china!! Just a theory. But my gut tells me Kim scammed you. Like the other person said….. she was the only one who knew what was coming. She could have had a replacement on the way…. Probably also from china! That’s a lot of work to get a free bag. 🤦🏻♀️

@@HandbagDiva yes, I know it is a felony… Anybody could've opened the box and looked inside and then taped it back closed. It was signature required, so someone could guess that something was valuable inside. I really don't know 100% of anything :-(.

If I understand this correctly you had been paid for the bag.
And the bag was registered as delivered.
So all that you did here was really work for the buyer, that you didn't have to do...

What are the odds that some one at the post office would know what was in the box and then also have the same bag replica? I think Kim switched the bags.
The box had been opened before since it was a hair care box, so anyone could've opened it and looked inside and then just taped it back shut… The replica bag did not show up for a month and a half which would've given a postal employee or Kim time to make that part of the story happen…
I’ve been at my house for 5yrs, my mail carrier has NEVER gotten my signature. Just leaves in the mailbox or at the front door. And once he has left it in my neighbor’s mailbox.
What an ordeal! That's why I sell through consignment even though I get less money, but it's stress free.

Oh my!! After hearing the entire thing, I have a gut feeling "Kim" scammed you. The fact that she wasn't as crazy trying to figure it all out like you were just sounds fishy. I recently bought a Speedy 25 off Posh and I watched that tracking like a hawk! I also made sure I would be home when it arrived to sign for it! Makes no sense that she was out of town and then magically she didn't receive it. The mail carrier seems sus too. Maybe they worked together?? Hahaha. It's all so crazy! I'm just glad it's resolved. 💗

I don't necessarily believe "Kim." Seems strange her neighbor wouldn't be willing to help if they had camera footage. Unless, the post office accidentally delivered the package to them. On the other hand, Chicago USPS is very sketchy and I have had Coach packages disappear there a couple times. I just buy insurance directly through the post office & ALWAYS get a receipt. That insurance company sounds so shady.
It's hard to know what happened - I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because if she is innocent, she is a victim and I would rather treat a potential victim well than to treat a criminal like a criminal should be treated...
The lady I spoke to at the Chicago post office was great, but I'm not sure I would trust a package to go through there again:(... ty for watching!
@@myluxurycloset529Yeah, I respect that. It most likely was a postal worker and they got nervous after you started investigating. They knew the right steps to take to get the pkg down to the "undeliverable" dept. It's really unfortunate how many shady people are out there.

Last year i ordered Coach wallet which was delivered to my old address with a locked box. No proof of actual delivery nor pictures as they do sometimes. It was not deposited into the locked box either. Post office refused to do anything. The person who just moved to my former apartment (she said she moved a day before) told me she never got anything since she just moved here. My old address was gone for a year from Coach website, it was not anywhere when i made an order. Eventually Coach gave me store credit. I photograph my order each step when i purchase from Coach.
What a crazy story! I think she scammed you because she herself got scammed from someone else. She kept your authentic bumbag and sent you back the fake and knew she would get compensated for the money. Trust me it’s an old scam. I have heard about this happening. I definetly agree with certified mail. Safest way to go as well as insurance through the Post Office. Tfs
It was nuts. I asked her to send me the counterfeit for demonstration purposes - she would have prob just tossed it. Not sure what really happened - prob will never know 100%:(...

I’m a retired letter carrier…Kim scammed you,because she got scammed. Packages do get stolen by employees, but they always get caught by the USPS Postal Inspectors…then they are fired and sometimes prosecuted. The absolute safest way to send something is to sent it Registered mail because it is in a sealed bag that has to be signed for by every employee until the recipient signs for it…

I know! I am so lucky my local postal person put it in a letter that the case was being escalated due to suspected internal involvement - that is what really helped with the insurance...💜

Definitely an inside job. I wonder if the carriers can see the insurance amount. That would be the first clue that it’s valuable.

Something very similar happened to me through USPS except I was the recipient to receive the package. After filing a claim with the post office and AG in my area, it was determined that my package had been delivered successfully to my address. Why did 2 days later my neighbor down the street bring me my package? I don’t trust USPS as far as I can see them!!

This is horrible; never would’ve guessed this was going on in the background while you kept filming and sharing content with us. Hope it didn’t stress you too badly. This makes you not want to sell/buy outside of retail but I suppose you can’t let bad apples ruin everything. I’m glad it worked out!
It stresses me out horribly at first - prob for 2 months. Kim was so chill about me not paying unless the insurance paid, though, I figured I would just let everything run its course. Once they did pay, I had to assume they didn't find out anything too suspicious about her, or they would have denied the claim. At that point, me giving her the money was the only option in my eyes. If there is even a chance she was or is the victim, I had to make it right.
I don’t know how Kim would have gotten the second package to suddenly show up in the recovery center like that. Makes me think the mail person had something to do with it. That also totally tracks for the insurance company. I’ve had so many friends get kicked off their homeowners insurance after using it one time 🙄 glad it got resolved either way!

USPS “lost” an Hermes bag I was returning to a Japanese seller. They instructed me to mail it USPS and to list it as a return of a Hermes leather bag. So shocker that it went missing. It was insured but it took me over 5 months to finally get my insurance claim paid by USPS so it’s not really faster to buy insurance with them. They try everything they can to avoid paying out.

I also scheduled passport appointments at USPS a month ago. On the same day they cancelled my appointment. They told me to go to the court house to do it. When I went there they said I have to take my kids to get photos and it was a long process too.

Wow! This is a crazy story. I so believe that USPS has someone who is doing this. Every time I mail something out, I will get an email saying that my package was not deliverable and they will need my credit card and I need to pay for a fee. I would say I have gotten that text msg quit a bit. Glad to see that you cute it up.

Oh yes I did click on it. But it says I needed to pay $5 to get my item ships and I needed to put my address in the system to make sure. I closed out right away. Then when I sent my sister in law a gift and she got the same e-mail. I told her do not click it. It took over a month for her to get her gift. It made me so mad. @@myluxurycloset529
This was a roller coaster to hear. 😔 That bag is a counterfeit and you can tell without even inspecting the inside. Not sure why Kim wouldn’t have questioned it when she knew exactly what she had purchased. Also, when signing a package, to have hers look nearly identical both times is interesting. Idk. A very interesting situation for sure.
I’ve never used pirate ship just the insurance that usps offers. Good to know what mail insurances look for to ensure your package. Glad it is all in the past now!

When a mail carrier sees a high dollar amount for insurance, they can and do steal. My niece had an I phone stolen by her own carrier!!
That may be, but this was insurance through a third party, so they only knew it was signature required. Also, it was in a hair care product box, for what that's worth...💜

I have had 2 purses disappear through Kansas City Kansas! I believe this is a usps problem within. This has happened within the last 2 months. I am almost done with USPS. Tfs

I bought someone’s bag and it went back and forth in the same USPS facility for over a month. I don’t think it was replaced, but both myself and the seller were contacting the USPS to find it before finally receiving it.

I had fedex do that once. Signed my name for a delivery and left the item at my doorstep. This was way before COVID. It was a large, heavy item and I think the delivery person was too lazy to put it back on the truck. Luckily, I was able to ask my neighbor to retrieve it as I was out of town

Your persistence was key. I once had a package from Tatcha skincare be marked as "delivered" but I never received it. I went through many of the same steps and spoke to the postmaster. I kept following up. One day about 2 weeks later, it showed up in my mailbox. It had been retaped but clearly opened. That confirmed to me if was an inside job. Tatcha uses very fancy packaging so it looked like an expensive package.
I would have a follow-up conversation with the postal inspector to determine which aspects of the shipment was used to identify the expensive contents inside. I assume it might be the fact it's insured and the dollar amount. But it was flagged it seems at the post office (allegedly) that this was a high value item. Glad you got your money back. I would call the insurance company to explain why are you being banned when you have communication that it most likely was a postal worker. That could happen to anyone.
ooh I'm glad your situation worked out...I'm not sure the post office knew the value as the insurance was purchased through a third party...at this point I'm glad to be done with the insurance company and don't want to argue to be reinstated...I can always buy insurance directly from the mail provider - usps, fedex or ups. I use pirate ship a lot to BST bags in Facebook groups and had NO IDEA that without a signature confirmation, that the insurance will not pay over $100. wow. Glad to know that now. As for what happened, it is very strange. I wonder if the postal workers can see how much a package is insured for? If not, I do not see why they would have stolen it? However, I have received a damaged package before that was re-boxed with a note just like that, so that does happen.
Yes I didn't read the terms and conditions until I went to file the claim - boy was I relieved I did it right. I can only say that I was not the original user of this particular box… So somebody could've cut it open and put a clear piece of tape back on and nobody would know… So it is possible that somebody thought it was of value because a signature was required, and they just took a peak.
Another person said you could always hide an Apple air tag in the package also. That would be another way to track a package. I would probably hide it in the box somewhere (make a fake wall or something...😄
I've considered this - it's a great idea and you could even enclose an envelope for the recipient to mail your tag back! ♥️♥️♥️

Wow this is so sad that someone would do something like this. I am so sorry for your experience!! Thank you for sharing your story. This is going to sound really crazy but my theory is that the person who bought this ordered a fake one and waited for it to come in to then deceive that she got a fake bag. The mail letter inside the package is definitely a fake. I don’t think this got to the mail center got it at all - if they couldn’t deliver it they would’ve returned it to the sender. I think it was delivered to the house as usps described and whoever took the package is who conjured this. What’s sketchy is that she “was traveling” the day it arrived and then it arrived to her later in the year. In addition it sounds like the signatures of the package looked the same to you which means there were 2 packages delivered to the same location and it’s miraculous that the second fake one did get to her.

First I will say yes, you mentioned selling it on your channel because I seriously considered reaching out to you. In the beginning you said you were gonna keep the chain with sale. Which is why I didn't purchase it. Second, this whole saga is wild!!!! So somebody knew what was in that box and switched it. That's absolutely insane! I'm glad you got your money back but wow! Makes me nervous to sell big ticket items now, that's all just sooooooo much. What's worse is that you got banned.
I had a high dollar item come to me once, it was super late and the tracking dropped off for a month. When I got the box it looked fine, so I accepted it and opened it up. Upon opening I realized it had MAJOR water damage. So they legit had waited for the outside of the box to dry so I would accept it. The ship insurance paid zero and I fought it for months. It was supposedly my fault for accepting a package that looked fine. The selling company wouldn't do anything as "it wasn't their fault". It was all a mess and I lost a ton of money. So glad you got yours back through this all. What a relief but still a mess. Thanks for sharing.
Omg - I am so sorry how awful!!! Same company? Shipsurance? Since the box was a reused one, someone could have easily cut it open to see what was inside and then taped it back with clear plastic tape - so I really don't know. The post office employees knew it had some value (at least to the parties involved) bc of the signature required...
@@myluxurycloset529 It was from Belgium so it was a foreign insurance company. But they didn't care one bit. They cared even less that my item was ruined. BUT my experience led many to refuse their packages and low and behold, many others that ordered the same day had damaged goods too. Wet items in dry boxes. Many people saved money because of my story so hopefully yours will help others too!

Wow! my LV mini bumbag is also made in Italy. I have never seen one made anywhere else. The inside looks bad and color doesn't seem to match either. the inside color is darker almost black...but you may have very bright light in your space. So sorry this happened but glad you were persistent and share your story 💕
It was a bad fake - the inside was brown, so that may have been the lighting...thank you so much and yes I'm pretty happy with the end result although I wish I knew what really happened! I think some of the bumbags may have been made in usa...

Wow! What a stressful situation! I’ve been buying and selling for years but really am not comfortable selling on the fb groups. I’ll either sell on eBay (love their authentication process) or to Yoogis/Fashionphile. It really sounds like your buyer was aware of and took advantage to USPS’ weaknesses. I’ve always been paranoid about shipping such expensive items and always insure anything I’m not willing to pay for out of pocket and always drop it off at a local place that gives me a receipt.
I felt like I had my bases covered - I bought insurance and got a receipt like you said, but I'm leaning towards only doing eBay or Fp in future...this was so stressful:(...

I’m in a Chicago suburb. Almost 100% of the time usps just dumps my signature required packages on my porch without even ringing my bell. So yep definitely could have been left on the porch and signed for by the PO.

Gee wiz Aaryn!!!! What a story!!! So atrocious and disturbing this goes on!!!!!!!!! I had my whole luggage disappeared after a plane flight a few years ago… never saw it again after police investigated etc etc … I was so stupid I put my precious jewellery including engagement ring and other pieces 😮in that bag……. Devastating 😮😢

I sent an item I sold on a reselling site to USPS. I put it in the box. It never tracked and never got sent to the buyer. The reselling site never did anything for me because there was no tracking number and USPS didn’t do anything because of no tracking number. Another time on a different reselling site I mailed a package. I gave it to the front desk at USPS. So it had a tracking number and everything. Well the package arrived at the buyer’s address and the box was empty. Luckily because I had a receipt and the buyer had photos of the empty package, which was damaged, we both got money back. I have since stopped shipping on that platform. USPS to me is very sketchy and now if I do mail with them I make sure to hand it to a postal worker to be scanned. And if I can I use UPS instead. My local place is much more reliable than USPS. I have never had a lost or not scanned package from them.

One question- why didn’t you just return the bag to the LV instead of selling it?
They were hard to come by at that time so I figured someone would want it. If I sold it, it would be on my purchase history so I could order a LV chain as a spare part for $100 - which I really wanted at the time:). I tried to sell it without the chain for less, but Kim wanted the complete set♥️

TFS this story Aaryn! I don’t know what happened In This instance, but I do know that signature required packages have been left at my doorstep and it says it was signed for. Rare occurrence but it’s happened. But I think a photo should be taken regardless. Their word is not proof of anything. Plus a mistake could be made and left at the wrong house. Delivery people should have cameras on them during delivery and signing. I’ve always just bought insurance thru usps. It is pricey but I am happy to continue to use them for insurance.

It really seems like something happened internally at the post office. I wonder if they are truly investigating that and if you would ever be able to find out anything more? What a crazy story I’m so it had a happy ending!

I had a mailman, not my regular mailman, FORGE my name on a package my friend sent me for my birthday. She requested my signature on this package.
When I called my post office and they looked into it, the mailman admitted to forging my signature because he was supposedly in a hurry.
My post office gave me the option of pressing charges against him, which I chose not to do because he would of lost his job. I said I just hoped he learned a lesson...
I truly believe the mail carrier was the culprit 🤔

I have had similar issues with one of our Saturday carriers. I have a client that pays via check, I have had several checks show in informed delivery but never show up in the mail.... if i would complain a week or a few days later they would randomly show up the next day. Bizzare to say the least

New fear unlocked. I don’t sell bags but do order/send back via ups a lot. I’ve never had an issue but am always watching the tracking and can’t relax til pkg makes it back to warehouse. I think UPS has a faster more efficient tracking system and would use them or fed ex in future. I’m sorry this has happened to you and was such a hassle to get to bottom. That swap meet Louis that appeared in the end was sus. Ugh!
I always worry about returns too - but at least if the company paid for the return label, I figure it's on them whether they pay for insurance or not (except Rebag who takes no responsibility at all)...

I use parcel path and get good rates (or they seem good to me). It ships UPS USPS and I think Fed Ex. Sorry this happened to you and how unfair of the insurance company to pull this on you. Scammers don’t stay on the company like you did for a resolution. Good for sticking with it. Glad everyone was made whole. Try parcel path going forward.

One thing I had a question on in your story was when they asked you to sign a affidavit to say you purchased the bag directly from Louis Vuitton, you signed the affidavit, but why didn’t you also include the receipt? That may have had the process process go faster to get your money back since they would not have had to directly call Louis Vuitton. Speaking from experience.
I had already been asked for and provided the receipt, as well as my credit card statement showing the purchase from LV. They wanted to ALSO contact LV directly...

This was such a nightmare situation that you handled brilliantly. I’m so sorry it happened to you and happy you got a resolution! I suspected Kim at first but how did she duplicate the barcode and how would she have known to send it to the lost mail center? 🤔 In any case it is a mystery that unfortunately will probably stay a mystery. 😢
Whoever may have duplicated the bar code didn't replicate it - it was different and a different size too - just the same number...whoever did that made it reappear at the Chicago Post office that day after I called to inquire about my claim. Kim didn't know about that call, so that's why I'm leaning towards she wasn't involved - we hadn't communicated in over a month at that point...

It was very stressful - I haven't checked prices with usps, but Kim paid me initially and I didn't refund her until the insurance paid out. I wanted to let them investigate in case they found out something about what happened that I couldn't...

@@myluxurycloset529 I think Kim scammed you. I recently learned from a card situation that I had that all the post offices don’t have cameras at their locations. So it would be easy for a worker to just take the box if it didn’t have tracking. Since you had tracking on the box, the worker wouldn’t risk it because it would go back to him or her because him or her delivered the package. No tracking, then we could probably say a worker did it. Because it did have tracking, and it was delivered, I believe Kim scammed you.

Sorry, this happened to you. Too many scammers, too many porch pirates, too many dishonest people. I've heard this happening in groups and Poshmark that people will switch your authentic bag with faux products. The thing is the post office can see inside your package you can't control a thief. I definitely wont sell any of my bags I hear too many horrible stories.

It was Kim. For a moment I didn’t understand how she could make the package with the fake inside start tracking again. So I went back to re-listen. She must have printed a fake bar code that just had the correct tracking number and dropped it off in a mailbox or whatever. Then the number would start tracking, but because the bar code wouldn’t scan, it immediately got sent to that mail recovery center. I wondered how it would start tracking the day after you made the phone call. Because of that, I thought it might be a USPS inside job. But I think in the end that was either coincidence, or the postmaster contacted Kim after talking to you. But probably just coincidence.

Okay your story is crazy. I haven’t uploaded yet but I filmed today a Rebag horror story. Starting to think that now it MAYBE it was FedEx all along. Long story short bought a very expensive Chanel piece, when I opened the box it was EMPTY. Just a Rebag dustbag. But it was still nicely packed. But Rebag has not yet refunded my money or sent back my trade so I’m thinking about disputing the charges and demanding my trade be sent back. This happened 3 days ago and I have yet to get an update on it beyond them making me send photos of the box. Lucky for me, I was so excited, I decided to record an unboxing for a short immediately after delivery. I have the time stamps. Delivered at 10:49 and by 11:10 AM I was unboxing it. A true unboxing. So I got on camera the entire thing. Sent Rebag the video and they said it would be resolved in 1-2 days and it hasn’t been. It’s been 3 days. What would you do? I see the exact same item on fashionphile and I want to buy it, but I want my money back from Rebag first and I want my trade sent back to me.
Oh wow! Thank goodness u filmed the unboxing. Rebag doesn't insure shipments to or from them - and they put all the "risk of loss" on you as the buyer or seller. In my situation, I don't really think I'll ever know what happened, but luckily I'm not out any money...I really hope Rebag takes care of you - good vibes headed your way - please tag me on the video and I'll share it on my community page to spread the word. 💜. I would raise heck and put as much pressure on them as you can. Make a report with the BBB, watch "she's the posh" - Rebag stole from her and she has some tips but she never got one of her bags back:(...

I had a similar experience thrigh ebay returning a bag that was counterfeit. The seller accepted it back but the bag got caught up in Spanish customs and i suspect got destroyed. 😅😅
It's been a crazy 6 months... I figured I would let the insurance investigate and if they paid, then I would reimburse Kim… I figured if she did something wrong that there was a chance they would find out? I don't know what really happened but I still feel a little off and uncertain about everything.

Kim did file a police report, an affidavit, a missing mail claim, she talked to the post office and her neighbor and the park across the street allegedly… , she also talked to the insurance investigator.

It really sounds like an inside job with the length of time for the fake bag to show up as if the bad apple took the authentic bag, then ordered a fake one that showed up several weeks later, that they re-boxed and stuck a fake bar code on and sent it through the mail system. On the other hand, I wonder if Kim was really out of town on the delivery day and if she could have pulled this off on her own with bad signatures! Glad you were reimbursed but sorry you lost your insurance company.
I think she had documentation showing she was out of town that she provided to insurance, but her husband and son were apparently home. Postal employees don't know what is inside the package they are delivering. Also there are a ton of surveillance cameras in the USPS post office/sorting facilities as well! No postal employee will risk going to jail for tampering with US mail which is a felony and lose all their retirement benefits!!! Only a person who is familiar with auth and fakes will go to this length. It is not hard to be nice and cooperative to make someone appear innocent/honest. It took so long for the bag to reappear because she had to buy a fake to replace it and she had it shipped from China with economy shipping!!! This is such an obvious and old scam that has been going on for over 2 decades. So sorry you had to go through this ordeal. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It is such a good reminder for everyone selling their auth luxury good to be super careful.
I think there is a very good chance you are right, but we will never know 100%...the package was signature required, so I think there is a small possibility that a postal worker might peek inside before delivering and seal it back up if it wasn't something of interest...especially because the worker that day was a substitute. As much as there’s a lot of delayed/lost packages especially in Chicago USPS, I cannot r/o Kim’s innocence. She could have done this before and knew that if she sign her name wrong, she now has an argument that it was delivered to the wrong person. After all, she’s the one who told you that her name was misspelled.
It seemed farfetched for the USPS carrier to purchase a matching fake and deliver it the second time with the same signature.
Also, Kim saying you do not have to give her money back, though, seemed nice, is a bit of a red flag. You’re right, she might not want to scam you, just the insurance company.
That’s why some sellers refuse to transact to buyers with no reviews or with negative feedback. Saw this in Mercari and in FB Goldmine.
Anyway, I’m so glad there’s a good ending! Shame on that insurance company for banning you. Unbelievable! Thank you for sharing this story. We all learn from this too. 🙏🏼

Bought a bag 2/15. Seller dropped it off right away but the tracking stopped in Chicago. It did not even reached Poshmark's headquarter. Me and seller believe it was lost/stolen. Long story short, I got refunded after almost a month and the seller was compensated as well. But Chicago USPS is bad right now. Lots of delayed packages. 😩

I thought that was weird too - she was happy to get it if the insurance paid, but didn't check in with me much at all over the 6 months - really just to tell me she got the bag on 12/8. I really don't know what happened - $2000 plus may have been a drop in the bucket for her, and she didn't care enough to prioritize it in her life...if it were me I would be raising heck!

I haven't had anything like this happen before - I recommend eBay for selling luxury goods at least imo...they stick up for both buyer and seller!!!

OMG! This sounds like an absolute nightmare! This legit happened to me sort of except the fake items came directly from a Coach store in Miami at least that's what the package indicated. After a lot of back and forth with Coach via phone and chat they concluded they'd sent me the item and refused to refund me. Not sure if the switch came from Coach's end or the carrier. I had to contact AMEX for a refund. I think due to the bad economy workers and people in general are taking advantage of all the loose shipping guidelines due to covid and just scammers in general. My package was shipped via UPS btw.

Im sorry "Kim" is not as innocent as you think. Its terrifying when we sale our authentic handbag and knowing a buyer may have a fake waiting to switch on us! Im pretty sure that 1.5 mos is to make it look more "legit" lol. To this day i am grateful to the Ebay authenticator. This very similar ordeal happened to me..
I sold a brand new reverse monogram Pochette Metis on Ebay. Its original receipt that i also included to her was little over 30 days old...passed my returning period is why i can't return it to the boutique. It went thru Ebay authenticator 1st & passed their inspection of course. Then Ebay authenticator sent it to her. Upon receiving my handbag buyer claimed i sent her a bag that doesn't match the 15 pictures on my listing AND provided her own version of pictures of what she claimed she received.(heR fake Pochette Metis that she had it waiting in store for me AND its pictures she took!!) Anyways she opened a case against me and of course i fought back. The bag that she have claimed she received(HER FAKE POCHETTE METIS THAT SHE SWITCHED OUT) was sent to Ebay authenticator to be inspected...
Ebay authenticator & Ebay sided with me and dismissed her case. They knew the bag she sent to the authenticator to be inspected to be sent back to me is NOT the handbag they originally inspected and passed. They have alredy check my 15 pictures on my listing towards my handbag to make sure it matches & authenticated it. Clearly a switch and bait con artist buyer. I thank god Ebay authenticator protected me or i would have lost my brand new authentic PM & be stuck with her fake!

Lesson #1 never used the USPS to send expensive items and don’t be cheap when it comes to insurance! #2 just go to your boutique and try on the same items before you buy. Sometimes It’s not worth saving a couple of bucks.
I would say that I don't want to use a third party for insurance at this point, but I don't have a local boutique to try bags on! The closest is over 4 hours away and when I bought this bag, it was completely sold out and stores didn't even have it in stock...ty for watching and commenting Kim:).

Oh man. That is really too bad. I can say that there is plenty of thieving going on with some postal workers. I have a mail order type business and during the holidays I reallly have to stay on top of my packages. But what is crazy…is that the postal workers who may have thieved had the where with all to swap out the real one for a good replica. You have to ship Priority overnight with signature for anything important or DHL UPS. That is crazy…another hustle is for buying luxury from department stores. Sometimes a customer will buy a popular lux item that is also being replicated. The thieve will legit order from the Dept store and then do a swap the legit item with a replica and return the replica as if it was real to the dept store.Then when the next customer order the item from th dept store they are unwittingly getting sent a replica! This is way too much to deal with. Looks like we can only buy in boutique now to be 100% safe on any popular luxury items.
