Wow! I can’t believe they were blaming you! So that means we aren’t supposed to wear them bc that’s the only way the strap would be ok?!? Yes ok this makes no sense! I swear I can’t with that! Rubbing against your body! They all do! Geez! Yea they should have given you a whole new set! Wtf?!?
It’s not the strap rubbing against your body. If that was the case all of us would be returning straps. 😂 I bought a speedy 30 with strap in Hawaii came home didn’t wear bag at all for a month when I was storing I noticed my bag had the same issue I was so upset I had to send it in for repair a brand new bag!!! Never worn 😢
OMG! I cannot get over how the manager treated you! The strap was definitely a defect. Good luck with the new strap you received. I would keep an eye on the new one! I'm so glad you shared this video. Great advice inspecting the bag and the strap.
LV has been having quality issues 😢 only thing I can advise you is to get an AS. I don’t learn my lesson 😅 every time I purchase something it has quality issues! Im just lucky my SA always fixes the problem. If it’s before the 30 they just exchange it for another one or if it’s over the 30 day they send it out to get fixed for free
Shame! I can believe it b/c I've had similar experiences with LV customer service. They try to make you feel it's you and/or wear and tear. I'm new to the brand and have had to take the few items that I have back in store. Right now they are currently replacing a snap on the small kirigami set that was barely used. I purchased the monogram bandalere strap that's already fraying. The rep told me it was normal wear and tear. I'm used to my things lasting and LV is making me reconsider where I spend my coins.
Excuse me?!?!?! EXCUSE ME?!?!?! 😵💫 wow this is stressful to watch because it is a new bag and AINT NO WAY... Sometimes, LV plays games with your emotions. I hope the new strap works for you because the bag is technically so freaking cute 🥹🥹 wait... I just got to the glue/stitching of the new strap... Ma'am!!! HOW DARE THEY SEND THAT CRAP!!
Beware of the Louis Vuitton in the front it not printed properly. Make sure you check your bag before you purchase it.
I know mine arrived perfectly. I just checked my strap because I have used it pretty regularly since March and mines not doing that at all. Definitely a defected bag. I’m so sorry - that’s so annoying and I hope they make it right. You obviously are such a loyal customer! Love your content.
That's unacceptable! How does this type of stuff continue with them ? They're the #1 fashion house.
I just got this bag during my trip to Italy. I just inspected it more closely after watching this and mines looks good no stitching coming off. I can't believe how careless the customer service was with you. I hope your new strap works out and thanks for sharing.

For the price, you should be extremely picky. If it's already looking like that after a few months, what's it gonna look like in a few years? I just ordered the LV Recto Verso card holder in the monogram empreinte, and the zipper kept sticking. I returned it that day. For the price, they shouldn't be having any quality issues at all. I'm sorry. I'd be upset too. Best of Luck with your saga. New Subby btw!!

Oh HELLLL NOO... 😳😱🤯I would have demanded to switch the entire bag right then and there. What he said makes no sense. Horrible customer service. You were already inconvenienced in your time to go there, because of their damaged product, and the inability to use that product. You have already paid for the bag, and now, are not able to use it because of the damage (and now waste more time in getting the damage fixed). 🙄 He should have been apologetic and switched out the bag immediately, no questions, no hassles, no more time wasted. What a pathetic loser with no balls. 🤭🫠
